OMG! Where do I start? I show up at 10:20am (10 minutes before breakfast ends). The first words out of her mouth are "we do not have any biscuits", quickly followed by "it will take us 11 minutes to cook more biscuits." I said I will wait, and another woman jumps in and says that "breakfast has ended". I said it was only 10:20am, so there was still 10 minutes until breakfast ends. Then both women (one hispanic and one african-american, barely able to speak English) started yelling at me thru the drive-thru speak and telling me to "go away". "We don't want your business" they said. {{KEEP IN MIND THERE WERE THREE CARS BEHIND ME ALL WANTING BREAKFAST AS WELL}} So they must not have wanted their business either. When I told them I was going to call corporate, they said "we don't care, we are not a corporate store". So I left.
Places like this, who choose to employ people like this should not be patronized!! Their overpriced items pay their salaries. And I pay for those items. So they only have jobs because of customers like me. Instead of failing to have the products ready for the customer when they arrive, and arguing and demeaning the customer. Maybe just do your job and be prepared for customers to come. Because if you don't, those customer will be gone and so will your jobs.
FYI: They probably ran out because Wendy's is doing a campaign right now for two biscuits for $3. So corporate is spending a lot of money to send am business their way, and at least this store completely failed Wendy's corporate and their franchise as well.
What can you do. Good employees are hard to find. But keeping employees like this will only kill your business and close...
Read moreWe visited the drive-thru at around 8:30pm tonight and ordered three meals - one of them being a double with cheese, but got home to find a single in the bag instead. That's not something I would normally grumble about; however, paired with the downright inconsiderate service, it left a bad taste in our mouths, even though the food was good!
We only waited a few minutes at the fully opened drive-thru window for our hot and fresh burgers and fries, but during this wait, the loud complaints by two disgruntled employees could easily be heard by both my husband and I, and our 14 year-old son in the backseat of our vehicle. The male employee in the background was complaining about working there for too long and being sick of his job, and the younger female employee at the window was agreeing while also exclaiming her extreme annoyance with the gross beverage machine that she never wants to touch again. This employee was so frustrated that I don't even think she noticed one of the beverages in our drink tray overflowing when it was rudely handed out the window.
Sure, the over-filled pop spilled in our car (no biggie), but when our food was passed out to us right after, she aggressively shoved it out the window without saying anything; not a single word. No thanks or even a goodbye. I understand being frustrated and disliking your job, I really do, but when the core of your pay comes from the customers you serve, at the very least notice that it's people in front of you - not just...
Read moreI would give zero stars across the board if possible. Food is mediocre. Customer service all the way up to store manager is lacking substantially. I have a big family, most times our orders exceed $60+. Our orders are often wrong and/or missing items. Not to mention, whenever you call, you never get someone to pick up, and you can't leave a message. I was told I'd receive a call back for a refund and / or comp coupons in the mail for two meals, but a month later, absolutely nothing. Intergrity clearly is not of importance at this particular location because no follow-up was ever conducted.
Update: stopped in and requested a manager. A female by the name of Sarah presented her self as store manager who stated they do not handle any customer complaints, everything is sent to district where district then follows-up. Sarah was rude, cut my husband off when he attempted to speak on the issues we've encountered. It has been over a month and sarah implied it takes 3 months for district to send comp coupons via mail. I asked if there was record of my communication with an employee from the first week of June and she slid a paper bag over the counter to provide my contact info. I was also denied district contact info and Sarah stated she was advised not to give out any info. Needless to say, we left frustrated and I will be reaching out to...
