Taco Bell — Restaurant in Forest Park

Was visiting atl and this taco bell wasn’t far from our airbnb so we stopped for some cinnabons. Just cinnabons. First off we order them fine pull up to the window and there blasting music on a speaker got the taco bell lit. Lol I have no problem with that I thought it was funny. Just had never been to a taco bell and experience that. But then the guy comes the window and tells us they only have 10 cinnabons. okay ? He tells us he can give us $1-2 discount so we tell him that’s fine. No discount was given we paid for all 12. This is when it just gets confusing like i’ve never been asked or told this in a drive thru. But the guy working the window asks me to pull backwards and he’d let me know when they was done. Me not knowing what the hell he was talking about didn’t. So when he comes back to the window he goes “you ain’t pull back”? Like no bro I don’t know if you mean back around to the speaker or just to back up. Cause backing up just seemed plain stupid right? No he tells me to pull back to the gutter and he’d tell me when it was done. So I do when it’s done he waves me up and gives me my food. Lol what is the point of that so useless I was just so confused. But after receiving our food and getting the cinnabons we notice there ice cold and soggy. Not even cooked all the way. Like how can you possibly be so dumb to not cook simple cinnabons all the way on a timer. Don’t think it could harm you if i’m not wrong. But what horrible weird experience and waste of...

If I could I would give you 0 stars. How dare yall coat my daughters Cinnabons in salt instead of sugar causing them to need immediate medical attention due headaches chest pain stomach pains and mouth soreness. They had to have GI cocktails upon reaching the hospital. One of which is pregnant. We went back to the restaurant where the staff admitted to coating the Cinnabons in salt and laughed and thought it was funny to do harm to people like that. When I called back to the store I was hung up on twice and when I finally reached someone it was brushed off and the DM was called and she brushed it off as well even after I mentioned my daughters were in pain. She gave me a corporate number that gave me a voice-mail stating they were closed until Monday when I needed to speak with someone immediately. A police report has been filed and we do have video footage and recordings of the calls to the restaurant and them laughing and admitting to coating the Cinnabons in salt. What if that was my disabled mother someone that would have really done harm to her had she ate or even put that Cinnabon in her mouth. People truly need to think before they do dumb stuff for laugh and giggles. Now my daughter has to take medication to keep her stomach coated. Just sick and cruel but...

Just left drivethru cause the speaker lady was very rude and unprofessional. It is 12:30 PM lunchtime. I pulled to drive thru and asked if they had the nacho box, the lady said yes then Another lady cut her off and yelled NO WE DO NOT HAVE THE BOX, STOP TELLING PEOPLE WE HAVE THAT. Then that same lady said to me in a hard loud voice and we dont have any water or drinks. So I asked what do you? She said We e dont have water or drinks , they dont have much cause they water is shut down right now. ( 1 , that's just nasty cause how they workers washing they hands etc? ) they should just close til problem fixed. I told the lady she needs to fix her attitude on the speaker cause she sounds unprofessional and she sucks. She said O Really? And I said yes really and I drove off. The workers at this taco bell always seem like they dont have it together. The owner probably needs to keep an eye on his building and see what he losing....
