Subway — Restaurant in Forest Park

Was the only car outside when I pulled up, it took them 30 minutes to fix two wraps. They didn't know what came on the new wraps and I understand that. But I literally had to repeat myself 6 times. That I wanted the wraps fixed exactly like the instruction card showed. They wasn't listening. The gentleman with the Dreds was more worried about the off duty young female associate that brought her little sister to sit with her before her shift began. I had to even keep repeating what type of cookies I wanted. 3 times. I was very pissed. I loved this store, my family have been coming here for years. But this will be my last time. They need more training here.. What Happened to the older people that use to work here and took there job serious. I would like to be contacted by the Manager ASAP. The two young men have the establishment looking wonderful. It was clean. They had that gloves on. Their hair was secured under proper headwear. And uniforms for clean. They were suggestive. And most of all they smiled and they were kind. I enjoyed my experience there. There was a vagrant outside the door. I felt the need to ask him to leave because I admired the young man inside and did not want them to have a problem moving forward. They witness me do this and I thought this might be a lesson for them to see how to properly remove an unwanted uninvited non consumer. This place is disgusting and the workers are extremely rude. The employee making my food had her mask under her chin, she wiped her nose with no gloves on and continued to make my food.

After I asked her if she could wash her hand and use gloves she told me to take my black A** home and cook if I was that nervous about eating out. I was appalled.

I ask to speak to the manager, she said owns this location. After attempting to speak with someone higher up, I realized she told me the wrong name when I asked for her name and she wasn’t wearing a name tag. Very unprofessional and...
