I want to update based on my return visit yesterday as well as acknowledge receipt of management's response to this post. Horrible customer service and management just stands around looking simple.
I few days after I updated the visit I decided to call and asked to speak to the store manager. Laquita (hope spelled correctly) came online and actually listened fully before jumping the gun or cutting me off. That in itself put them on the road of redemption. Anyway after I explained the previous visit she offered to make it right and I told her that I would like to return when she is working. With no hesitation she gave me that info and I didn't make it that day. However yesterday I called and she was in so I made my way there. Now I must say the drive thru was around the building but I intended to go inside. A nice young lady offered to help and as I had been instructed I asked to speak with Laquita. She was in the kitchen knocking orders out like really no joke getting it done and that was great to see. Rarely managers step up actually work and not just delegate. I knew the meant I would have to wait for her to be able to make stopping point. After a few mins she approached and immediately remembered what I wanted replaced. I dont want to make this long but I also had to make sure others that depend on reviews have fair information. Long in short the Turkey burger combo was made exactly like I ordered hot and fresh. Very glad as I wait to see the volume of customers being taking care of on the inside as well. With that said again thank you to great customer service from management to the nice young ladies working...
Read moreI went to Forest park Zesto's and I must say first off this has been the worst visit I've ever had. I went through drive through as usual the wait was long but that's normal because food is cook to order. My problem came in with the cashier she charged me for my food but didn't give me my 15.00 change so when I asked for it she told me to my face "I gave it to you" so I said " No You didn't".. She continued to tell me she did and closed window in my face..Now trying to stay cool at this point I blew my horn and she came back at this point she hands me the 15.00 and then say I no I gave it to you with receipt however I was never given a receipt nor my food at this time...Now to make matters worse I get home and my Husband pull out the food to eat and "FAKE EYELASHES 2 INDIVIDUALS" WAS in his food..Now i call back up there and asked for manager (which I spoke with her at the window as well) She gets on the phone which I was calling to make her aware of someone losing their eye lashes and in so many words she was calling me a liar...So basically I was called a thief and a Liar today at this location...In the managers defense she did offer to replace food but who would want anything else when someone fake eyelashes are coming off..What would be in the food next. I told her she need to check to see who's missing 2 lashes because she will definitely notices them gone I didn't need or want anything for free but this is a major problem from the money to the eyelashes receipt should be given to ever cust because doing a transaction without it doesn't look good....I wouldn't have given 1 🌟 but 0...
Read moreMy family enjoyed their food and soft serve ice cream, however, I went through the drive thru and while ordering the "manager " didn't like the way I was ordering and incorrectly assumed I was "talking down to her". I went inside to discuss the situation with her and basically after I apologized for her rude behavior I extended my hand to her in friendship and she completely ignored me except to say, " I don't know where your hand has been." This type of behavior is unacceptable and it left me with the distinct feeling of reverse racism. It was plainly obvious that this store doesn't appreciate my patronage nor do they need it in her opinion. I have been spending between $35 and $60 dollars a week for a couple of months at this location and their broasted chicken is delicious, however, she has no business dealing with the public without extensive sensitivity training in customer service. The old adage generally holds sway that the customer is always right because they spend their hard earned money with you. This mindset isn't understood by so many people today and is hurting the strength of our nation on the global economic stage.
