Scoops — Restaurant in Forsyth

My wife and I dropped in for some ice cream. Our family has been here a handful of times over the past year or so. Their staff is always helpful and personable. Their shop is always clean.

-1 They no longer had the ice cream my wife wanted, which was listed on their web page. She had pumped herself up for the other. Staff said they haven't carried it in a while. It's important for a company to keep up the accuracy of their website about product offering.

She went with Cookie Monster instead, I believe it was called. -1 It was very very blue in color. We both agreed it was pretty flavorless. It was supposed to have chocolate pieces in it, and other things. But it barely did. Anything that was in it wasn't flavorful at all. It tasted like a very dull generic vanilla, loaded with dye and that's it. The dye is so overwhelming, you'll get to see it again later on in the day... For the blue coloring to alter body functions was insane. We tossed it out after eating half due to how concerned we were with that. This one should be replaced in both of our opinions.

I went with the chocolate and peanut butter. It is packed with flavor and a very good blend of chocolate, and peanut butter pieces....

My family decided to go into scoops last night after dinner. Approximately 35 seconds after we walked in laughing about something we’d been talking about, one of the girls interrupted us (we hadn’t even had a chance to look at the flavors) & said “do yall know what you want” with a very rude tone. We told her no, & continued to look. Our 16 year old & 14 year old were close by looking & another employee did the same to them, very rude tone & all. Our 16 year old asked if she could get sprinkles on her cone & the same employee from the beginning said “yeah, okay, whatever” to her. When we were checking out my wife actually said something to the girl that was ringing us up, asking if they’re always rude or if it was just us. She acted surprised & my wife assured her it wasn’t her specifically but the other employees. This is now the second time in the matter of a month that we’ve been into this store & been met with rude employees (the last time they were all congregated by the window & seemed extremely annoyed to be pulled away from their conversation & phones in order to do their jobs). We absolutely won’t be returning & will be highly recommending our friends/family in the area to...

Do not recommend .. especially if you have kids , we were running errands and figured we get the kiddos a sweet snack , so we stopped here , lets start off with , that if it wasnt for me watching the worker drop the chocolate on the floor and then pick it up , she would have sold it to us smh . I was starring at her on purpose to see what she did and last min when she noticed me she threw it out . Secondly seemed like the worker didnt even want to be there , our kids are super friendly and so they were trying to talk to her and get her attention and she just straight ignored them. Dont get me wrong she doesnt have to interact with any kids but i figure yu work at a ice cream shop , then yu should be atleast child friendly . Lastly , they , are , pricy so be ready to pay . 3.75 for a little chocolate truffle ?! And the chocolate is no special no imported chocolate or anything just reg plain old chocolate . Not a fan to be honest . The ice cream was the only thing that got enjoyed . Got a carmel coffee too and it was all milk didnt even have a coffee smell or taste let alone have any carmel !!
