For our two-year wedding anniversary, I booked a two-hour French pastry class with Lenise, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences we've ever had. The class was incredibly hands-on, set in a warm and welcoming learning environment. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with kindness and guided straight to the spotless kitchen, where we made pain au chocolat and macarons from scratch.
