I just moved to Forsyth 2 months ago and often visit waffle house (very) late night. The food is always delicious and my waitress was AMAZING even though she is apparently the newest employee to this store. She made me feel So very welcome, like I was at home and she had THE BEST energy towards everyone. I think her name is Audrey. She made me want to keep coming back and I truly looked forward to my next visit....
Until I came back and was "taken care of" by a server named Caitlyn. An absolute HORRIBLE server and the worst experience I've ever had in any restaurant, ever. She didn't even get up from where she was sitting when I walked in and shouted to me across the store asking me what I wanted, while stuffing her face and playing on her phone. I waited FIVE minutes for her to get up and get me some coffee and then she was extremely rude and dismissive. The store was a mess, all the tables were dirty with dishes stacked all over the place. Hands down the WORST service I've ever had. Such a huge disappointment, compared to the friendly and caring service that I looked forward to since having Audrey as my server. If waffle house was smart at all, they would fire that horrible Caitlyn girl IMMEDIATELY before she runs everyone off. I'll keep going here but if I see that Caitlyn is my only option for a server, then that's a definite NO.
Y'all need to fire her and have all the new hires trained by Audrey and I bet sales will improve like crazy....
Read moreMy family and I enjoyed a delightful breakfast at Waffle House in Forsyth, GA, and it was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for a memorable dining experience.
While we had initially hoped to host an extended family gathering, we found that the cozy ambiance of Waffle House lent itself perfectly to our intimate gathering. The staff were accommodating and ensured that we had everything we needed to make our breakfast celebration special.
As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! I ordered one of their signature dishes, and the waffles were simply divine. Golden and crispy on the outside, yet fluffy and tender on the inside, they were the perfect complement to my meal.
Although there was a minor hiccup with my order initially, as they forgot my toast, the attentive staff quickly rectified the situation and brought it to me in no time. Their prompt and courteous service truly enhanced our dining experience.
Overall, our visit to Waffle House in Forsyth was a delightful family-friendly experience that left us with smiles on our faces and satisfied bellies. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in the area looking for delicious food and excellent service in a warm and welcoming...
Read moreI made reservations at this Waffle House for the special Valentine's Day dinner! I just thought it would be a hoot. I did not tell my boyfriend where we were going and made him wear a suit! He was a little shocked when we pulled up to Waffle House, but he has a great sense of humor. They had it all fixed up inside with white linen tablecloths and Valentines decorations on the tables...and reserved seating's for those of us who had made reservations. We ordered off the special Valentines dinner menu and we both got t-bone steaks. We also had a little salad, hash browns (made as we wanted them), Texas toast and apple pie. It was all fantastic. Our waitress was Margo and she was awesome. We could not have had a better evening. They even had romantic songs playing on the jukebox and a balloon arch for photographs. It was just a terrific evening and we will remember this Valentine's Day at Waffle House for the rest of our lives. Thank you for a...
