Recently we placed an online order for dinner through the app for the Timberline Noodles. This was only our 2nd time eating here and we had problems the first time too. I will typically look at what those problems were and often given them another shot if they weren't to bad or were "situational". In this case, I felt like we could give them another shot. So, we went ahead and placed an order. I was very specific with my order that I DID NOT want spinach or broccoli in mine. Not a fan of either of those things. I also paid for extra meatball and extra sauce. My husband ordered his with extra sauce as well. Now, for the two entrée's and an order of cheese bread, our total came to over $45.00. This was just for two people. It is NOT cheap to eat out anymore. And with the number of businesses that are closing both locally and nationwide, I feel very strongly that restaurants need to be taking a few extra seconds to make sure orders are correct. My husband went and picked up our dinner, and to both of our dismay, my order had spinach and broccoli ALL OVER IT!! Additionally, if that was what they think extra meat is that i paid extra for, well, that's a problem!!! Not only that, both my husband and I had a problem with our noodles. We couldn't tell if they had been cooked prior and just heated up later, or if they were overcooked or what but they were crunchy and mushy all at the same time. Basically, our dinners were gross!! I promptly picked up the phone and called over to the Timberline location and asked to speak with a manager. Reed got on the phone and I told him what ALL was wrong with our dinners. He didn't seem to be too interested but he gave me an option of sending me a free meal or a refund. I told him that I would never be eating at Noodles again so I would like a full refund. He told me that he would do that. However, it has now been almost 10 days and I STILL don't have my $45 refund. Nice huh? Don't go to this store!!! Not only do they not care enough to make your food correctly, but they DEFINITELY WON'T DO ANYTHING...
Read moreI just had an unbelievable experience at this location. I pulled into the parking lot and walked up to the door. I opened the door normally to go inside when a man in a white truck wearing a noodles and co. shirt jumps out at me and accuses me of forcing my way into "his" store. I explained that there was no sign stating the store was closed and was just walking in to get lunch. He threatens me and says I'm high on drugs to be able to break his door. He tells me to stay there and that he is calling the police. I comply. Another patron in the parking lot asks if everything is alright. He offers to stay and wait until the police show up to validate my story. The man never actually calls the police and says he called his locksmith also stating he told me to leave. I obliged, and left the location with the other patron. I in no way forced the door open and the other patron explained this as well. I am extremely angry about this and will be contacting cooperate. Poor...
Read moreI don’t usually leave reviews, but after tonight, I had to. Jess and Dan completely transformed what would’ve been an average dinner into something memorable. From the moment I walked in, they both greeted me with genuine smiles and made me feel like a regular (even though it was my first time at this location).
Jess was quick, kind, and super knowledgeable about the menu—she gave amazing recommendations (the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese with grilled chicken was a game-changer). Dan was on top of everything behind the scenes, keeping things running smoothly and delivering the food hot, fresh, and fast.
What stood out the most was how well they worked together—professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell they care about the customer experience. I left full, happy, and already planning my next visit.
If you’re stopping by Noodles & Company, do yourself a favor and hope Jess and Dan are on shift. They’re the...
