My family stayed 5 nights in three suites to attend my sonâs wedding. I chose this property because my kids have little children, this property provided full kitchens (no ovens). I took connecting suites, one was the 1-bedroom suite (2-adults, 2 children ages 5 & 1) connecting with my studio suite (2 adults, 15 & 9 year olds). The third suite was a separate 1-bedroom suite (2 adults, 2 children ages 2 & 7 months). All the suites had the same square footage, however because of the wall with the door to the separate bedroom, everybody hung mostly in my studio suite. Not having that wall & door in the studio suite, there was more room for the children to run around and play together. On the other hand, the 1-bedroom suites had that door for the little ones to quietly nap. The property provided Pack âN Plays for the little ones to sleep in. The older children slept on the sofa-sleepers.||The front desk was very friendly and accommodating to all our requests and needs. The entire property was very well-kept and clean. The breakfast area was next to the lobby with very nice choices of hot-food offerings and plenty of seating. Being that we had all the children, there was a very nice patio for us to be outside to eat with plenty of seating. There was a basketball court so the children could run around and play with a ball while we ate breakfast. ||Housekeeping came in every other day, unless we requested more often. Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning and replenishing. They actually left thank you notes for the tips we left them. The room temperature was great, I was able to adjust it as desired. The bathroom was well-lit with a separate door to the shower & toilet. The shower took a minute or two for the water to heat up, it was a nice pressure with a hot shower. There were containers of shampoo, conditioner & wash in the shower with a container of lotion over the sink. I loved their fragrance. ||There was a nice game room, the older kids did have fun there. We tried to use the indoor pool, but the water was too cold for the children to go in. There was a hot tub, but it was broken. We did not use the fitness center. The TV only worked the first two days, the signal was out for the remainder of our stay.||When pulling up to the hotelâs main entrance, you can run in to check-in. But then you must drive around the building to the parking lot to unload the car. If the key card to the door does not work, you have to walk around the building to the entrance, which is a huge inconvenience when you have children in the car. There was plenty of complimentary parking, the lot was well-lit at night, so we did feel safe.||All-in-all we had a wonderful time staying at this property. The entire staff were very friendly and went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend this property, especially for families with children. I would definitely...
Read moreUpdate 07/2025 - The below review which we posted two years ago remains the same. However, we have now stayed at this hotel at least 7 years. We felt this update was necessary because we are seeing some major positive changes: outdoor appearance of the grounds is being better maintained; new A/C units are being installed (in the rooms where guests complain of poor A/C?); although we do not use the indoor pool, we note it is being used frequently by the guests, some for several days in a row (we surmise this means the pool is being better maintained (for those guests who have complained about the pool). The staff (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, management) continues to consistently remain the best by far of any hotel we have frequented (and we stay in a lot of hotels). Of particular note we would like to give a major thumbs up to Isabel and Brooke in the breakfast room. One change we have noticed on our most recent visit is that there have been numerous days when only one of them has been scheduled to take care of the breakfast area, even when the hotel is quite full. Keep in mind this is a true cooked breakfast, not just packaged items you heat up in a microwave. That one person continues to greet all guests with a smile as they are busy filling empty food bins, filling empty coffee urns, and wiping dirty tables. This hotel has been our home-away-from-home for several months every summer for the past five years. We live in Arizona and travel to Fort Collins in the summer to escape the heat at home. The positives are (1) LOCATION (it is situated in a beautiful. quiet residential area which is safe and scenic for walking and very close to many restaurants and a Safeway); (2) fully stocked kitchen with utensils, plates, cups, etc., apartment sized frig, two burner stove, dishwasher and table and chairs; (3) more than adequate cooked breakfast in a brightly lighted dining area; (4) staff (from the front desk to maintenance to housekeeping to breakfast hosts â very pleasant and always willing to please); (5) excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water; (6) good mattress; (7) very good bath linens which are superior to some higher rated hotels where we have stayed; (8) A/C is more than adequate; (9) very good wifi; (10) ceiling fan. The negatives are so few that they are not worth mentioning. For people who have complained about this hotel needing updating, we can only say that unless you stay in a newly built hotel, all hotels are going to show signs of wear. This hotel was updated a few years ago, and we are very pleased with the renovations. We look forward every year to our stay with...
Read moreOur stay here was NOT good. I spoke to the front desk gentleman upon checkout and the gal at check in about some concerns.
I would never go back. I did ask for the manager to contact me this week. We used points for this stay as we travel often. This place I wouldnât recommend to anyone.
I wish I had read Google reviews before booking this hotel. I would NEVER have booked it. If you are reading these reviews, believe them all. This...
