Starbucks — Restaurant in Fort Collins

Probably one of the best Starbucks I've been to. Usually I get an icy drink and a dry piece of bread, but here my drink (vanilla frap with Carmel) was nice and creamy and my lemon bread was moist and so delicious. I highly recommend this place if you need a quick bite before going to work or school, and it's a little expensive but I would say it's worth the money. They have an app too which you can redeem for points. The staff were super nice and friendly and asked me and my family questions and were very kind. I'm really impressed! They put up with my dares too! Thank you for the great experience it started off my day...

My husband went in today to get a drink remade and they refused despite it only being 12 minutes from when it was purchased through the app. The drink is complete ice and cannot be sucked through the straw. The customer service was terrible including the manager being on the phone for the entire 15 minutes my husband was in the store. I am a faithful customer that typically spends between $13 to $18 plus tips. Usually if the drink is wrong it gets remade. This is unacceptable. After many disappointing experiences I am now done...

The Starbucks on Harmony and timberline in Fort Collins is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my entire life as a matter of fact I am going to boycott all Starbucks from this day forward. I can’t believe that they have six people standing behind the counter, three of them doing absolutely nothing while there’s people who walked in to get a drink still waiting after 30 drinks have already gone out for the people who ordered online will never be back to a Starbucks.
