Taco John's — Restaurant in Fort Collins

Per your website information it says you close at 10pm, so I showed up last night at 9:05pm. The sign was on that said open, your front door stickers that have your store hours confirmed your closing time as 10pm. There were 2 empty cars in the parking lot and 1 bicycle locked up on the bike racks. I first tried to get out and go in but had no luck. I even called the store but no answer. So I went to the drive thru, which had the lights on and sat there for about 5 minutes. In this time, several other vehicles had tried to go in to the restaurant with no success as well as lined up behind me waiting to order. While I was getting ready to pull away one of the owners to the unoccupied vehicles came out to leave. I did try to ask what time y'all closed but just got laughed at. Being as how I do not live anywhere close to a taco johns, since I came from Longmont, it was very frustrating to show up with the information that you are open but, I can only assume, the closing person decided to not keep the regular hours and closed down an entire hour early. Then to have an employee, if it was an employee, laugh at me when asking what time the store closes was very disappointing. I'm not sure I will be back but hope this issue...

I came and order my food and a drink, waited a short time, the food was good, but the lady in the back came up and asked me, my husband and a friend if we took her coffee creamers, I almost choked, I said excuse me, opened my purse and offered to let her check, my husband stood and said you can check me, my friend said really, and offered her purse, The girl walked to the back and my husband returned to eating. She came back a minute later and said we are closing you have to leave, it was 10:10 pm they close at 11pm, this was rude and uncalled for, the guy seemed nice and embarrassed by the comments made by the girl. Needless to say last time I will go there, I hope additional training on how to treat customers, in Texas she might have been arrested or sued for her words and the discrimination she showed toward us as a group, my husband is tattooed, I am and my friend his Hispanic. 3/13 at around 11:45AM, I came here to order food and kill some time before my appointment. Everything was fine until I got my uber and was about to leave. I threw my trash and receipt away and put up the tray and then this woman comes in and starts kicking out everyone who doesn't have food on their table. She kicks me out for "not being a customer". I didn't want to waste my breath arguing with this woman who was clearly having a bad day, besides I had already thrown out my receipt so I don't have proof of being a customer. So I go outside and wait on the patio table for my uber driver, then she comes out again and tells me "outside means off the property". I told her I was getting an Uber driver but I said forget it, I canceled the uber ride because I don't want to risk getting a trespassing charge.
