UPDATE JUNE 2022. In all the years we've been enjoying Young's food today was the first time we stopped in for lunch. GREAT VALUE. For a few dollars more than the cost of a fast food chain burger meal Young's offers healthy, delicious, large-portion excellent tasting food. Service is always outstanding. Value? Unmatched. Today we each had the lunch combination. My wife had the Sesame Chicken and I had the Ginger Beef. These plates are served with soup of the day - today it was a cup of Egg drop loaded with bits of corn and chicken. Rich and creamy; and also fried rice and a Spring Roll. I've added more pics. Stop in and you'll be happy you did.

FRESH UPDATE! Obviously, Young's is our go-to for Vietnamese food. And if we were asked to name the number one reason (out of SO many reasons) why Young's remains wildly successful year after year, it's CONSISTENCY. The quality of the food, service, friendliness, pricing - always top-notch, never spotty, never disappointing. You know when you make that decision to dine there, exactly what the experience will be like. Last night my wife and I chose from the Family Dinner menu and substituted grilled salmon for one of the dishes. Crazy delicious, smoky, a bit charred. Yum. And the Baby Bok Choy pork is an incredible bite - tender, juicy, flavorful pieces of pork that fall apart in your mouth. And we were pleasantly surprised with the soup of the day - a corn, chicken, egg drop blend. Hearty but light, sweet and totally satisfying.

UPDATE: ANOTHER wonderful dinner, takeout this time. The food is always elegant. My pork with bok choy and shiitake mushrooms with oyster sauce was a huge portion - plenty for two. The baby bok choy was perfectly cooked and had a terrific crunch for great texture. The seafood noodle soup could serve three and was loaded with shrimp, scallops and calamari. The crystal rolls never disappoint.

The food and service at Young's Cafe never disappoint. My wife and I had dinner last night: the "Crystal Rolls" appetizer - shrimp, lettuce and noodles rolled in rice paper; "Pepper Garlic Mussels" as one main dish - mussels served on the half shell sautéed with garlic, black pepper sauce and green onion; and a second main - "Sizzling Sea Party" - combination seafood and veggies served table-side on a piping hot plate creating a brisk sizzle when transferred to the plate by our server. The crystal rolls were served with a large side of rich tasty peanut sauce. The mussels are absolutely huge. I call them "two-bite mussels". And the combination seafood platter included items you don't normally see on this kind of menu item - soft, flavorful squid (not chewy); crab legs and half a crab itself. Also, large portions of scallop and shrimp. Just a wonderful dinner...

From the moment I engaged with this establishment, it became abundantly clear that it represents the highest standard of quality and service one might hope to encounter. Every aspect of my experience was marked by meticulous attention to detail and a genuine commitment to excellence, qualities that are all too often overlooked in today’s fast-paced world. The seamless blend of professionalism, warmth, and expertise created an atmosphere that was both welcoming and inspiring, setting a benchmark that others would do well to emulate.

The quality of the offerings here is nothing short of exceptional. Whether considering the product, service, or ambiance, each element harmoniously contributed to a sense of refinement and thoughtful design. The craftsmanship and care evident in every detail speak volumes about the passion and dedication behind the scenes. This is not merely a transactional experience but rather a carefully curated journey designed to delight and satisfy even the most discerning of patrons. The depth of quality ensures that each encounter leaves a lasting impression, inviting repeated visits and sustained appreciation.

Equally impressive was the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. Their knowledge and enthusiasm were palpable, manifesting in thoughtful recommendations and genuine interactions that elevated the overall experience. It is rare to find a team so clearly aligned in their mission to prioritize customer satisfaction while maintaining an atmosphere of grace and respect. Their ability to anticipate needs and address them with precision reflects an institutional culture grounded in excellence and care, making every guest feel valued and understood.

Furthermore, the environment itself deserves commendation. It is both aesthetically pleasing and functionally designed to enhance comfort and accessibility. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance—inviting yet refined, lively yet serene—allowing for both relaxation and engagement depending on one’s preference. This careful orchestration of space and mood contributes significantly to the overall sense of wellbeing and enjoyment, underscoring the thoughtful philosophy guiding every decision.

In conclusion, this establishment exemplifies what it means to provide a five-star experience in the fullest sense. It is a shining example of dedication, quality, and thoughtful service that not only meets but consistently exceeds expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend it without reservation, confident that anyone who chooses to engage here will leave with a sense of satisfaction and appreciation that lingers long after the visit. This is truly a place where excellence is not only pursued...

Love this place! I eat here every chance I get! At least twice a month! Everything is delicious and very reasonably priced! Lots of options assuring that there's always something for everyone! My absolute favorite dish the cashew beef! Although the cashew chicken is equally as delicious!! Every entree comes with a good sized container of really good white rice.. (they also have fried rice option during lunch! It is usually fairly busy but you can also place a to go order over the phone which generally only takes astound 10-20 minutes until it's ready for pickup! The family dinners are a great deal too, you have to order a minimum of 2 entrees and they come with spring rolls, 2 cups of the soup if the day, vegetables and noodles and Jasmine rice! Everything is awkward great, always fresh and delicious!!

You generally do not need reservations as you are seated fairly quickly. Out doesn't seem like a giant area, but it's way bigger than it seems from the front with a lot of seating towards the back as well. They have a small bar in the front which seats maybe 8 people or so and is a good place to wait to be seated as the front can sometimes become kind of congested with a lot of people! They also have a huge parking lot but it's often completely packed and might require parking towards the back and walking over but don't let that scare you away as the longest I've ever waited to be seated was 20 minutes for a group of 5! The lunch menu has a lot of specials with a lot of the dinner options being served just in a little bit smaller of a portion! I would say they average meal is under $15 and comes with more than enough food! I've never been close to eating it all in one sitting and I can eat quite a bit to fill up! 2 of the family dinners with the extra stuff it comes with is more than enough for 3 people! Also the egg drop soup is very good! They don't always have it, as they switch the soup choice up daily but if they have it the day you go, I highly recommend it! Along with the cashew beef!! Also this place is also a good place for kids, I've been eating here for over 20 years from when I was a young kid.. I've been here probably over 100 times and have never once not been satisfied or have gotten tired of the food!!

Eat here, I promise you won't regret it! It honestly doesn't get much better! Especially compared with other options in...

I met a couple of friends at Young's on Friday for lunch. I hadn't been in a while, but remembered this nearby eatery well. We each had a beer today. There was a nice selection and our waitress named many without stumbling. My New Belgium's 1554 was cold and delicious. I had asked her to chill a glass for me so it would be ready for lunch. She did and it was. It was the perfect accompaniment to the lunch combo I selected, served with Fried Rice, Spring Roll and Soup of the Day. I kind of hate to think of the salt involved in all the food I ate today, because I doubt that too much thought was put into those who might be trying to be aware of what they put in their mouth, but I figure that once a week *probably* won't kill me. So far, so good. There was a TON of thinly sliced beef, interspersed with the crisp, wok-fried snow peas. My spring roll was more like a thin sausage rolled in a crispy fried wafer; not my idea of a traditional spring roll. I guess I'm not familiar with the Vietnamese Spring Roll. It came with a clear dipping sauce that was excellent, however . . . . and made a tasty addition to the beef and snow peas. My local dark 1554 was $5, and the lunch combo was $10.50 . . . a very reasonable lunch these days, in th' Fort. I wish I'd had room for dessert, but I didn't. On the way out I stopped to admire the gorgeous fish swimming in their tank, right in the center of the floor. It's been there since Young's opened, and long ago I named the iridescent blue angel fish Bob. I think I spotted Bob Jr, 'cause he seemed to wave a fin "goodbye", saying "Come back soon".

I eat here somewhat often. I got sick from here once before and wasn’t sure from the mere reason I ate somewhere else that day. Yesterday I ate there I ordered the spring rolls and the seafood pho the pho came out first wasn’t happy about that but didn’t have an opportunity to express I wanted spring rolls first. I begin eating my soup and I didn’t like the noodle texture. I waited 32 mins before anyone checked to see how I was doing explained noodles were soggy she apologizes and came back with a check was asked again how I was doing after I got up to pay at the bar I again explained noodles were soggy. Apology was made and then I cashed out. I went back to work after eating and on my way home from work approximately 4 hrs after eating this meal my only meal of the day I was violently ill: projectile vomiting, and diarrhea. I’ve never experienced this feeling. I went in today to let them know there’s some mishandling of the seafood more than likely and was told by the manager they eat “seafood” pho everyday. So you want me to believe you eat seafood pho everyday? He then said yeah I eat beef pho I eat pho. No I asked you do you eat “seafood pho everyday? He said yeah… Outside of the I loaded a photo of a dog yes is laying down at the bar but sitting at the bar chin on the bar and enjoyed a meal at the bar as if their human. I love dogs, I have dogs, at no rate should a dog sit at a table with you. I won’t be back and I hope this review is considered for anyone thang their getting a good pho spot. Don’t do it.
