Fix-Up — Local services in Fort Collins

I brought Mario a basket case set of headphones. Mario was able to determine what was broken and what needed to be replaced. I was informed each step of the process and the lead times on replacement parts. Marios work far exceeded my expectations. He was able to fix everything and upgrade the charging ports for me. 10/10 would recommend for any small Eletronic repair. 10/10 for value on his rates, I wouldn't have minded paying more for the quality of the repairs. Customer service is again 10/10 due to the fact Mario was willing to stay open later for me to pick up my product after the repair, kept me informed every step of the way and very professional. Mario is exceptional at what he does. Will have repeat business. Thanks for everything Mario!

update 11/4/2024 I have brought mario another mess being a gaming monitor. I was unable to find another shop within 50 mile radius that was willing to try and repair it. But Mario was very up front and willing to attempt the repair. 4 days later to my surprise he was able to fix it at the quoted rate he gave me. Im once again blown away with his ability to fix things others wont even attempt. His repairs are professional, the Head phones i dropped off 7 monthes ago still function as they did when they left his shop with daily use. Mario and his crew have exceeded my expectations and set the bar extremely high for other shops to compete...

Let me tell you about a magical customer service experience, an experience that reminds us of the days of old. After 5 min of deciding to clean my PS5 console myself using a security screw set and a youtube video, I immediately ripped the pins of my fan connector from my motherboard on the console. Panicked i quicky replaced the 73 screws id undone. I quickly google searched in my town a repair shop to help! One guy wanted to charge me upwards of 250 dollars the other didn't even know what i was talking about. So I searched Fort Collins and FIX-UP was the first search result. The reviews were promising. When i brough it in his staff was effective and helpful. He told me it would be 1 to 2 days to fix even though he had it done in 3 hours. The next day they were closed but Mario personally helped me get my PS5 back from the shop. When i returned home and plugged it in besides the beep from the device all i heard was silence. I needed my iPhone 12 Pro screen replaced and I found Mario recommended on word of mouth Facebook page. He quoted me $280 for an aftermarket screen. He was upfront about it being aftermarket and that my phone would have a notification saying the screen isn’t recognized since it wasn’t a certified Apple screen but everything would work the same. I was fine with that since the certified Apple screens were double the cost. He installed the screen in less than 30 minutes. Everything looked good but then I realized my battery was draining quickly compared to before. I contacted him about it and he was very accommodating and wanted to make it right so I went in a few days later to get a new screen. The one originally installed was probably defective, and with the new one my battery life seems back to normal.
