Original Review: I've only been here a few times and purchased one thing. The times I have been in the store, the employees have been helpful and nice. When I ordered my hanging chair, the person who was there seemed to be okay with answering my questions (to the best of his knowledge) with energy and kindness. Then later another employee kept in contact with me to get my item delivered within the week. And it's great they support local drivers (whom of which was also very nice). So I'd give the actual store a good rating.

However, I'm kind of disappointed in the condition of my product. I asked many questions about the condition my product would be in (being it would be coming from another store), and the usability outdoors. I was overall told it would be better taken care of than the one I saw, plus was told it was great outdoors (although his personal experience was with another brand). My item came with missing rattan in a few areas, nicked rattan, and a decently scrapped up base. I've only had it for a month (on a covered patio. I've loved it... but those issues bother me still. Plus now I've discovered the paint flaking off and rust all over my new outdoor rug. I'm trying to research and buy products to fix the issues, but I'm unsure if the inside of the base or chair frame under the rattan will start to rust, something I can't fix. It's disappointing to have to put so much work into something I ended up paying the same price for if I'd ended up choosing one online fully new and with reviews (between the chair and shipping). I wanted to support locally and just liked that particular style.

Overall, I'd still suggest shopping at this store, but not every product sold may be the quality of some of their...

We had been searching for a sectional couch for a very awkward space for about a year now. Looking online is not my preference for couch shopping, since it's impossible to tell how the cushions and fabric feel. I did look online a lot, though, to see what the price range was for what we needed. We were thinking we would spend $2500-3000. I didn't know about HelloHOME before last week, and was fortunate to find it through a google search. We went to the store and found a sectional that would fit perfectly in our space. . .and it was well under $2000! We visited two other furniture stores just to make sure we found the couch we wanted, and the cheapest version (which wasn't even as nice or comfortable as the one we got) was $3500 WITH A DEEP DISCOUNT. Brandi at HelloHOME was so kind and helpful, and the delivery person she hooked us up with was also a most excellent human (he delivered it next day!). Since we bought the last couch of that series off the floor, she also gave us a discount! We will be using HelloHOME in Fort Collins for all of our future furniture shopping needs. What a gem of a place to have right here in town. . .so much better than price-gouging giant...

I certainly dont consider my self a "mattress snob" but I don't want to be led to some guys house or some creepy dark warehouse to look at beds. Me and my wife prefer to walk in to a nice well lit storefront with a decent selection of name brand beds but not for the arm and a leg pricing ive been seeing in the area. I searched around online for a bit and traversed through the vast amounts of different stores and even visited some. On my search I came across the sleep broker and the pricing seemed ok, but they claim "wholesale pricing" that cant be true right? Why waste my time. Finally after checking out a couple places some who just wanted an arm and some who wanted my arm and leg to buy their product I decided to give the sleep broker a shot. They had a couple people working there, I specifically dealt with nathan. All the pricing was very direct and considerably lower than anywhere I found. More impressively was the selection, I was able to find a bed I like (simmons) and get the thing ordered in the size I needed and delivered. Couldn't be happier I found the sleep broker and would recommend anyone in the market to at least give them a try and...
