This place was great when it first open then quality starts going down. Starting with high employee turnovers, unsanitary practices like wiping dirty counters with dirty clothes just before making my subs, or making subs so fast that you get cross contamination between subs. They use to make subs on paper wrapper but the teenagers they hire don't bother to follow food safety guidelines. These are all things I've witness, and waiting a few years before ordering again doesn't seem to change things. My recent order had other ingredients in it that I didn't order, and the bread was day old and they can't say otherwise because the top of the bread crust crumbled when I touched it, it was hard as a rock! Been going to Jersey Mike's for a few years now and its consistently good. The bread is soft and fluffy and more often than not it is fresh. Most of the subs I've tried have all been good. Choose your subs hot or cold which is nice. Lots of options to choose from as well. Usually orders are made quick and accurately. Its always clean when I have been there as well (this can't be understated). I'm not talking about wiping counters down either, which in and of itself isn't bad. I'm talking about the whole store, from the kitchen, to pop machine, to bathrooms. Everything is clean. Thats such a big deal! Never received my delivery order that I ordered through the Jersey Mike’s app. Was told by the store that I had to contact DoorDash myself to figure out where my order was. I asked if I could get another order sent out since I did not receive my food to which I was told no they would not do that. Then I asked if I could get the order refunded since I never received it and was also told no they could not do that. So my question is since your business did not deliver my food that I paid for and you can’t refund me why would I ever order from you again? The answer is I won’t.
