I feel like this location is either a training location or employs (in general, not all of them) the least caring/concerned employees in the Dunkin franchise. I have not one time had an order come out properly unless it was direct off the shelf. Simple things such as...don't toast the bagle...comes out toasted.
The people on drive through are routinely horrible at handling the headset and window. They don't read your order back or give you a total before telling you to drive around. At the window, they are taking the next order and just stick their hands our instead of greeting you, confirming your order, and asking for payment. There is never a "have a nice day" or similar after giving your product.
The experience is just horrible every time.
Why keep going here? This location is 1/4 mile from my home and has a drive through. Most days, I choose to drive 4 miles to the next location (at Stirling and 95 and/or 84 E of 95) to avoid this location. Sometimes, the quick trip to this location is just not avoidable based on timing/etc (yes, I could easily choose not to go to Dunkin...but why write a review if I don't frequent the business?).
I have repeatedly contacted the management and complained to corporate as well. Nothing changes...years of this sad consistency.
Now, trying to find a positive. Forgetting the wrong aspects of orders, what is correct is generally on point for a...
Read morethe mangers do not properly prepare/cook food with gloves on. The amount of grime and dust built up within and amongst the espresso, coffee and frozen machines are legitimately disgusting. There is grime and other dirt all underneath the countertops and within the donut case. Where the croissants, bagels, or anything bread-like is baked, all amongst the ceiling there's grime, dirt and just dark streaks all on the ceiling so like that's literally all falling in the food while it's being baked in the oven. Employees are not treated accordingly as there's bias, favoritism, and it's just an overall toxic environment to be in. The managers do not care for you, unless it's convenient to them. If the health department was to be called on them for inspection, which it should be immediately, they would immediately be shut down this place is not somewhere where you would want your fresh donuts and coffee half of the time. The coffee is not even properly made the decaf they don't properly make it unless there's inspection coming this place only acts accordingly when inspection is coming or when they hear that inspection is coming. Other than that, best of luck to those who choose...

They are always short staff.people quit almost everyday The Manager YellyMar only hires for morning shift when there is actually teenagers who are in need of job they come in for a job and she will ignore them because she doesn’t want to hire anyone for night shift. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. The staff tells her what to do like they are the manager and she lets them. I worked night shift and we always need help because it’s only 2 people closing the store, sometimes she’ll allow them to leave me to close the store down all by myself and one day she sent a Spanish women to close down the store with me and she didn’t speak Any English she was oblivious on what to do. She also claims that she couldn’t get my direct deposit in order she lost my papers twice with my social on those papers so I have to pick up checks which sometimes she’ll take my checks home I’ll come to pick them up but she took my check home i wonder is she even allowed to do that. It’s more things that go on in this dunkin I dealt with disrespect too...
