Hidden Speakeasy — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

I was honestly so excited to go here. I love me a good speakeasy, but this was definitely not it. The drinks were so strong they weren't even enjoyable, I guess that's the vibe so that it feels like an authentic speakeasy? I'm not sure, but it wasn't great. There also wasn't much seating available, and parking wasn't great either. You have to valet your car and wait on the crazy line so you can do so. Honestly, even with that, I would have given this place a better rating if the staff wasn't so rude. It seemed like they treated certain people better than they knew. My friends and I were both sitting on a small stool and saw an available bench. we attempted to bring it to our table, and the staff said no. We were told to continue sharing the stool. Additionally when it came to checking out they put us all on one check when I asked if we could all get our own check the bartender walks by and looks at the guy checking us out and I and goes "Wow..." almost disgusted. I was so irked by it I had to write about it. I mean, who the heck is he to judge my friends and I for wanting the bill split... I have a lot of speakeasy's that I bring friends, clients, and friends to, but this is not...

Been here a couple times. Wow from a few months ago this spot was barely known. It was actually enjoyable until .... it was all about the money 💰. Drinks are good. Some could be better. It just depends what bartender you get. Second time here. 0 seating. Wow. It can no longer be considered a "hidden" speakeasy. The whole place was packed! Loud. And the waitress wow she sucked. She literally walked back and fourth doing not so much. And it took awhile to order first round of drinks. And waited awhile for it to come out. And the second round EVEN WORSE. And the waitress was just rude the spot is not accommodating at all. Parking sucked. There's like 20 parking spaces in the whole lot. Lol. Prices are pretty ridiculous. Food is ridiculous. Easily can spend 100$ ++ be prepared. That's only drinks lol. Better spots to go to. It's not all it makes out to be. Abd there manhattans in the showcase green smokey box. It is not all that. I can't discredit all bartenders my first time there was amazing no one was there and the bartender he was super awesome. Ashame it was...

Very disappointed, wish the page would state reservations required. Literally took a uber down to the location, dressed up and invited friends just to be told we can’t be helped. Very un-enthusiastic staff with a lack of understanding of customer service. I sent them an instagram message and I got a reply of “ Well the bar is first come first serve and that doesn’t require reservation… Is 30 seat’s establishment so it fill up quickly… “ Absolutely nowhere it is stated that it’s only a 30 seat establishment. Just feel they need to be more clear and efficient on the ONLY page they have - instagram. Perhaps we dodged a bullet as a previous review mentions rude staff and overpriced drinks. Overpriced drinks can be worth the experience , rude and un-enthusiastic staff NOT and we’ve only experienced...
