Murphy Bed & Sofa Store by Multimo — Hotel in Fort Lauderdale

This is the third time I have dealt with this company. The quality of the bed and the service has gone down each time. When I received this order I noticed the headboard wasnt what I had requested. I was sent a mock up which was NOT the color I had selected. I selected a grey linen and it was blue...Similar to the last one I had bought. I told him and he said it was just a mock up and he knows I want the gray The order was over 4 months to get so I just sighed and decided not to say a thing. I have had a master electrician and a low voltage installer as well as my master builder not be able to get the lights to work. I am told by owner to send them back...I HAVE HOLES IN MY FURNITURE. He says a 12 year old could do it.....He has yet to admit his equipment is at fault. The mechanical on this bed is WAY WAY harder than the last two. I slept on the last bed for 2 years and took it up and down daily. This one I can barely budge. AND DO NOT PAY 700 dollars for the garbage mattress that comes with the bed. The first bed mattress was good. The second was garbage and he sent me the same as the first and took back the garbage mattress. The third bed he sent me the garbage mattress and said it is the only one he has. I sent him the name of the one he had sent the first time and then saw he was charging me 700 dollars for a 300 mattress and I fortunately cancelled it. My recent text exchange basically he said...I hope your bed doesnt break down.....I am taking that to mean he will not honor the warranty. Then he accused me of JUST trying to get 99 dollars back for the lights that dont work. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company. And he accuses me of of only wanting 99 dollars. We were looking for a Murphy bed in the Fort Lauderdale area and came across Multimo Beds. We spoke to Alex by phone then visited him in the showroom. He was great! Very informative and helped us decide on the right product for our space. He told us he was expecting the delivery in about 8 weeks and it was right on time. We had purchased the installation as well and so glad we did! Two installers showed up on time and prepared. They brought everything they needed to install the bed and protect my surfaces. They were clean, organized and very respectful. Before they began, we discussed placement and made sure everything cleared for opening. They worked efficiently and professionally. It took them 4 hours to install the bed. Before they left, they made sure that we were happy with the installation. When they did leave, my room was just as clean as it was before they showed up. We are incredibly happy with our Murphy bed/couch.  (It is a horizontal queen.)

Alex is amazing!  His service and support are stellar.  He spent a great deal of time and effort to help us choose the right bed and supplemental items.  He came by my house multiple times to make sure he understood our needs and was recommending the right thing.  He knows his stuff.

And the quality of Multimo products is top-notch.  We visited two other Murphy bed stores and neither compared to Multimo.  Our bed/couch is sleek, modern and beautiful.  We have received many compliments.  Without it out, our small efficiency apartment would not have worked.

And I know that Alex will be there to support us whenever we need after-sales support.
