I recently had the pleasure of enjoying an absolutely delightful birthday cake that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I saw it, I knew it was going to be something special. The cake was beautifully decorated with intricate piping, vibrant colors, and an elegant, celebratory feel.

100 star review will not be enough to what Panchis Bakery deserves! What ever I say right now will not be enough to describe how amazing they are! I went to Florida for a work visit and had to extend the work trip all while during my wife’s birthday. Regardless of the circumstances I had to make my wife’s birthday special. I called Panchis Bakery and spoke with the owner who immediately wanted to help. With only about 3 hours until the surprise party that i planned she created the most beautiful, moist chocolate Oreo cake decorated to perfection. My wife, daughters, my mom as well as my grandmother are bakers so we are not easy to please when it comes to desserts. Panchis Bakery did not disappoint! I felt like apart of the family and they were dedicated to making sure that my wife was happy. Did I mention that the time frame from which I called and needed the cake for the party was a 3 hour time frame! The service...

Wife was astonished by how beautiful the cake looked.The taste was great ,the merengue was excellent  overall not very sweet but just rght and most of all it was moist. Ruthie gets my 5 STAR RATING not only for beauty of her work but quality of products which you can taste in every bite.

I will also rate the special service and treatment I received  a solid 5 STAR RATING During preparations that day I  lost track of time and failed to pickup the cake on time  even after multiple calls and text messages which I realized after the fact the store had already been closed  for over 45 minutes. Ruthie personally with her husband drove back to the store after reaching their home and 30 minutes later I had the cake in my hands.
