It’s really disappointing to see that a business would treat a loyal customer with such disrespect in a situation that was clearly their fault. My family and I have been ordering from here for 5+ years and honestly had no problems before. Some days it would take a little longer like around 30-40 minutes but never like this situation when it took an hour and a half to receive an order that THEY “lost”. I called for pick up and got there around 25 minutes later and made sure to check in to let them know that I was waiting. Another 15 minutes go by, and they asked me what my order was… I tell them and pay for it and they make me wait another 20 minutes for only ONE of the three things I had paid for. Eventually they gave me the bag and when I got home, they only gave me two things. So I call and tell them that it was not in the bag and I ask to go pick it up. AGAIN. The lady proceeds to tell me that they put EVERYTHING and it should be there but how big can a bag of chicken really be. She told me that she could make it by the time I was there. I gave them another 10 minutes so I didn’t have to wait again. I go and pick it up and it seemed as if they were sick of me waiting for something I paid for. When I get a call from the manager, she tells me that someone said it was ok and that there would be some type of reimbursement. She said she spoke to someone who knew me which was just not the case. The manager did not seem to understand that it was me who waited an hour and a half (four times in and out of the store) AND my money paying for their services. She completely ignored my concerns and was so condescending on the call. With all that said, I honestly don’t think I can ever go again if this is how you treat customers. I’ll go somewhere else to get some damn...

My peers and I takeout from here regularly as it is probably some of the best fried chicken in the area quality wise. While both kinds are good, I prefer the boneless option. I was skeptical of this at first due to the price being a little bit up there, but it makes the most sense to order from here in bulk because we get the best deal. The chicken is very crispy, consistently juicy, and we never had a problem with any of the times we ordered. I see they offer a one person meal deal like some chicken with a side of fries, but that is not available on uber eats which is where I usually order pickup from. This is not a big deal because when I order, I tend to get a lot anyway. The soy garlic really hits the spot and the pickled cabbage between bites is actually refreshing. These people do fried chicken right, and I am glad my friends and I almost made a weekly tradition to order from them. My only complaint is that there were a few times the food was not ready when the app said it was, and we ended up waiting a while in the restaurant. This could be because uber eats does not always give the best estimates, but we do give them around an hour. This only happened on one or two occasions, and obviously the chicken is good enough to outweigh this con. There was one of these locations closer to me in Cliffside years ago during the pandemic, but it was nowhere near as good in my opinion. While this spot continues to sling delicious chicken, I will keep...

The guy at the front is sooooo rude! Never come back again!!! I ordered 9 pieces of chicken wings ($13.85) and it came with 7 wing roots and only 2 wing flats. Well, as we all know that the roots are cheaper than flats. Andi have already paid so much around $14 for just 9 wings! My family was a bit disappointed because obviously the flats tastes better as everyone knows. I called and expected them at least to say next time they would try to make it even. But the arrogant guy said : why? I don't understand what you are saying ? roots are also wings! no picking, you get what you get, if you ask for all of them are flats we can not do that. If you don‘t like it them don‘t order it. What a big surprise! Did i say i want them all wing flats? He did not care what the customer said and seemed can't wait to kick the customers out. I live in this neighborhood for years and always support the local business, and wish them do better and better. However, based on this gross attitude from you , i will definitely tell my friends try to avoid...

It is disheartening to witness this franchise tarnishing the reputation of BBdotQ. Please consider implementing and conducting quality control. I’ve been visiting the 32nd st location for years and even cater gatherings with these wings. Quite familiar with the flavors and sauces, and yesterday I tried a franchise in NJ… Supremely disheartening that the secret sauce was GOOPY and WAY TOO SWEET. The boneless hotnspicy was overwrought with pepper and I even found a bone-in piece— my friend nearly choked on it. IF ONE ORDERS BONELESS ENSURE THERE ARE NO BONE-IN PIECES. If I lived in NJ, I’d return and ask for refund. Photographed below- I had some leftover secret sauce wings in my fridge(just wanted some fresh chicken yesterday)- look the the photo and see the difference the in amount of sauce. Above is original location- below is Fort Lee. Be sensitive and gentle with the sauce application so the chicken still tastes like chicken instead of a basket smothered in jelly.

The worst and most gross chicken I ever had. I never order at BBQ chicken since I personally think the taste is the worst out of all Korean chicken around area but my girlfriend wanted to try so I decided to try this time. The chicken got worse. First of all I ordered teriwing but they use gigantic wing and the chicken is not even well cooked in side and taste disgusting (too much sauce and not cooked well inside). Boneless chicken the color inside is disgusting too and over cooked. The raddish was worst!!! Can’t taste anything. Entire meal was worst and I threw away all the left over and almost threw up. Please don’t sell this garbage items to customer and make money guys PLEASE

I have been ordering chicken from this place ever since it opened. It was good at first but the size of the chicken got noticeably smaller and smaller each time I ordered. Today, I ordered a 20 piece of wings and was shocked. Almost all the pieces were too small to be considered as a "piece". It was more of a fried bone than fried chicken; the length of it was a size of a thumb and width was a size of a penny, or nickel if I got lucky. I can't believe they have the audacity to sell what looks like leftover bones fried. As you can see in the photos, bones were visible before taking a bite. I am very disappointed and even insulted by their inconsiderate treatment of their customers.
