If you are reading these reviews then you are looking for objective assessment of the company. I have given this company a 5 but they are more a 4.5 in my mind. Their finished product is acceptable, pleasing to the eye and functional for the brief few weeks I have had it. Would I recommend it? Overall definitely yes. Am I happy with finished product? Yes, it is great. Are there areas for improvement? Definitely and I will tell you honestly my perceived pros and cons.
Pros:
Great Professionalism - while it took 6 tries to get a call back and a few weeks and an initial poor review, when I got in touch with Vinnie he was polite and actually listened to my demands. I am very happy with the people and they were kind to come all the way to NY from NJ to do my garage.
Very good Quality of work - most of these companies or people that do flooring try to save a few penny here and there by skimming on top coat, broadcast material, time spent, etc. but not this company. Work was done well and to a reasonable level of satisfaction.
Friendly staff - no issues there.very polite crew they didn’t cause any damage and they spent half an hour vacuuming the driveway on the last day; other than expected minor dry wall scratch or two no issues at all.
Experience - my biggest fear when hiring somebody for an epoxy floor is the pretend professionals or the do it yourself guy pretending to be a company or the guy who will talk a big game but won’t deliver. This company is legit! If you look at some of the other jobs they do it shows that they are not just residential but commercial and that is important. So yeah no worries there.
Taking responsibility for their work - too early to praise but as of now they are backing their work. As time goes by can talk more about how this evolves and will be back to adjust review if any issues.
Cons:
Took long to hear back after initial phone inquiry - only real complaint is that the initial response took a long time a few weeks to be exact and these can wreck havoc if you have limited allocation of time and a tight work life schedule so this is on my view the only real issue.
Details of job was not all explained - minor issue but one worth mentioning; for instance epoxy needs a warm environment to cure so if you are impatient like me and do it in March they need to heat the garage as epoxy and resin harden better in warm heated environment and that means they have to connect a 220 volt fuse to your electric box and you are paying for all the electrical charge as that heater consumes electricity to generate heat for a good few days depending on the size of your garage. Be nice if that is explained up front. Also most electric boxes have push out slots for the fuse that once they pop them out they can not be put back in and so you end up with live circuitry exposed in the place of where they fit the fuse that is now an exposed hole. This is an electric shock hazard and one that thankfully I was able to fix with a few home store electric socket dummy plastic covers but this should be thought of by the business in advance and shouldn’t be the responsibility of the homeowners. (See photo).
Price - A bit on the more expensive side but frankly given the quality of finished product I can live with it but probably on the higher price range. Most people would probably think twice given the price but then again each job is different and it is the responsibility of homeowners to decide the right price. For me it was OK. And the great product worth the price any day!

Read moreI live in a 14 unit condominium in Brooklyn and our building was interested in re-doing our basement floor. Since it was painted concrete with different elevations/rough textures, the paint was chipping from high traffic and it was difficult to keep sanitary. We wanted something extremely durable and long-lasting and research led us to an epoxy floor.
We did some research online for local epoxy flooring contractors and saw the professional website and great reviews that Epoxy Floor Now had. I submitted a form on their website and Vinnie contacted me quickly to schedule a time to walk through the building.
Vinnie was great on the first meeting. He was prompt, very professional, answered all the different questions we had, and took time to understand what our goals were and what the scope of the job would be.
He quickly sent us a quote which was very reasonable. He was very patient waiting for us to get building consensus to start the job and was not pushy or aggressive in following up, which I really appreciated. He was also not an upseller - I actually asked him about an upgrade called an epoxy cove which I read online and he gave a reasonable price for it to be added on to the job.
Vinnie worked directly with our management for payment and was always available for email/text with the 100 questions I had since it was going to be our building's biggest upgrade so far (new building).
The job took 3 days, exactly what Vinnie quoted, and each day the crew of 4 arrived promptly and most days stayed late to finish up for the day. They were respectful of our building, took time and care to ensure the job was done correctly, and were very neat with small details.
At the end, Vinnie checked in to ask for our feedback and to make sure we were completely happy with the work - we certainly were!
It's like we have a new basement now, and it was well worth the money and effort to provide a decades-lasting upgrade to our building. Thank you to Vinnie and the team for such a...
Read moreI was looking to put a new floor in my kitchen. I was thinking of a wood floor but was worried about the floor being damaged by grease or water. So, one day I was at my friend Bob’s house and saw the new floor he had put in his garage. It was beautiful with great details. I thought it was a marble floor. I said to myself this guy is crazy putting a marble floor in his garage. Bob told me it wasn’t. I was so surprised. I said what is it. He told me epoxy. I said to him, “do you think they can make it look like wood?”. He told me to give Epoxy Floor Now a call, so I did, and this guy Vinnie came and looked at my kitchen. He showed me some different pictures of different wood patterns and colors. They all were beautiful we picked grey wood. They were very professional and extremely clean. The finished floor looks amazing. I am very happy with it and will call them again to do my...
