Studio Berry Photography — Attraction in Fort Lee

I booked Studio Berry for my son’s first birthday/cake smash photo shoot. I really wanted amazing photos because having a baby during the pandemic didn’t allow me to get any newborn photos or any other photo shoots. Arranging the time and package for the photo shoot was a breeze. Jade responded to my emails and I made the reservation online. I specifically asked in my email what the turnaround time to receive the photos were. She told me 3 weeks. I also asked her again when I spoke to her on the phone. Again, she stated 3 weeks. I booked the shoot accordingly, allowing an extra week to week and a half between the time of the photo session and when I actually needed the photos. The day of the shoot was great. Jade was very pleasant and very patient, especially with my son, who was being very teary and fussy. It’s really what happened after the photo shoot. Three weeks comes and goes with no communication from Jade. Instead, I had to contact her almost a week after to find out what was going on for the photos I had already paid in full for. On the phone, it seemed like Jade had totally forgotten about us. She offered no explanation for why she was late with the photos and why I received no notification from her at all. I’m guessing if I hadn’t reached out, she never would’ve done anything either. She assured me the photos would be completed promptly. However, on the new date she promised the photos, the working day comes and goes, also with a lack of communication on her end. To be fair, after I called her closed office at 4:59 PM and emailed her, she did call me back and said the photos would be done in a couple of hours. But if you are going to complete someone’s overdue photos at 9 PM, past normal working hours, that’s something you should mention. I was introduced to Studio Berry by a friend who had done her baby's first birthday pictures with them. I heard awesome reviews about them, so I wanted to check them out for our own engagement photo shoot. Their studio location is very easy to find in Fort Lee and its such a cute studio as well.

My husband and I took our engagement photos in early spring with them before we had our wedding in May. I can be very picky with my photos, and the owner, Jade was super nice and very accommodating to what I wanted and she had some great suggestions too. I was really comfortable and felt relaxed with her taking our photos

Our engagement photo album came out so well, we still have guests come over to take a look at them. They are worth every penny, and I highly recommend using them for your next big event, whether it is an engagement, wedding, 1st baby photos or anniversary pics!

My friend referred me to this studio for my baby's 100 days pictures. I am so happy I went there and the pictures are really BEAUTIFUL! The photographer is really good at catching the best moment of the baby, that's exactly the kind of pictures I want, which is natural and elegant. The assistant is really helpful as well , she did everything to turn my crying baby to a happy baby.I want to thank everyone in the studio for being so patient and professional and so good at doing their jobs.I can tell , they are really passionate for this baby shooting.

BTW,they also took family pictures for us in the backyard where there are trees and flowers and more.I do not get many chances to have family pictures since I have been concentrating on only taking baby pictures for her everyday.
