Rude staff. I understand that if I go to a cafĂ© I need to order but I entered this cafĂ© and just had a little bit of work to do before so I took my time getting settled. Iâm sure it was no more than 10 minutes of me being in this cafĂ© and one of the staff members came up to me with a mean look on her face to asked me if I would like to order⊠I have never had this experience at any other cafĂ© before. Other cafĂ©s usually let me take my time and order when I am ready. Iâm sure the cafĂ© isnât so bougie or so desperate for money that they canât risk me taking 10 minutes to get situated before placing an order. I politely said I was going to order and continue to do my work. At this point, I was debating on leaving because I just felt it was so out of place for the staff member to do that to me. Probably another 10 minutes go by which I understand at this point I shouldâve ordered but I didnât. The staff member came up to me again with the same mean look on her face and asked me if I wanted to order. I said yes and decided to order some thing. Just a bubble tea and the staff member was so cold when I pulled out my debit card she just told me that there was a $10 minimum to use my card. I didnât have cash on me so I had to get a pastry so I could use it⊠n both the tea and the pastry wasnât anything special⊠Communicating with the staff member was so hard because she was so cold and not friendly at all towards me. I always go back to cafĂ©s that have friendly staff that give great customer service even if their food is bad but this place⊠never again!
Nice looking place but its nothing if the staff...
Read moreCaffe Bene has become my cherished retreat, conveniently nestled next to Fudgarten, a store I frequently visit. Whenever the craving for a delightful coffee or cappuccino strikes, my steps instinctively lead me across the parking lot to this charming coffee shop.
The ice Americano paired with a taiyaki, my absolute favorite, is a combination that never disappoints. What elevates this experience is the warm welcome from Viv, a dedicated worker who not only crafts excellent drinks but also engages in friendly conversation, turning the wait into an enjoyable experience.
The delight doesn't end with the beverages. The macarons are a hidden gem, boasting a delectable taste that's hard to resist. It's evident that attention to detail is a priority at Caffe Bene.
Stepping inside, the atmosphere is inviting, and the seating is comfortable, providing the perfect setting for a moment of relaxation. The music, reminiscent of the vibes of New York, adds a sophisticated touch, setting Caffe Bene apart from other cafes in the area.
In essence, Caffe Bene is not just a coffee shop; it's a haven that goes beyond excellent beverages. The personalized service, delightful treats, cozy atmosphere, and a hint of sophistication make it a standout in the local cafe scene. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a delightful escape with a...

Friends and I came to get some dessert after some good korean bbq. We got the Matcha (Green Tea) Bingsu and the Strawbanana Waffle (yes, that's how it was spelled.).
After placing the order, the Bingsoo came out fairly quickly. The texture of the ice was literally shaved....it was so delicate. I loved the texture...the matcha taste went amazing with the red beans; I give it the ultimate asian dessert compliment: "NOT TOO SWEET". It was wonderful.
The downer? Suprisingly, the waffle! If you like waffles, sure get it --- but it took a while and although it was crispy, boy --- was it tough to cut through to share! THE STRUGGLE WAS, INDEED, REAL. And a struggle to eat stawberries and bananas with chocolate sauce and whipped cream? I could pass on this struggle next time.
My advice? Stick to the bingsu and the drinks --- they offer a lot of coffee options! Great comfortable place to hang out with friends after work, or...
