Burger King — Restaurant in Fort Liberty

The big thing here is that you have to rate this particular Burger King on two levels, food and customer service. Never actually had a bad Whopper here, but that's why this is a minimum wage job because it's not that hard to make a decent Whopper. It pretty much have picture instructions at the grill. Customer service on the other hand drops this place down to a three and that's being gracious. This Burger King has the worst hours of operation of literally any business in the history of ever. Did you have to work until 6:00 and you missed the dining facility hours? Well then you're probably going to have to go over to KFC because Burger King closed much earlier than reasonably expected. Did you want to grab a Whopper on the weekend? Nope. They aren't open on the weekend. I just went by to grab a tasty burger on a Monday at lunch time. Nope, not getting that one either. Apparently they are closed for the next week. It's definitely not for renovations, maybe something broke down inside? Either way, it doesn't matter they're not losing a lot of business, since they're usually not open anyways. Good Whoppers, if you can find the place open. The staff was very impolite. I was trying to use a coupon because I am budgeting and the cashier acted like she could not read. I explained very clearly what the coupon said then the cashier started arguing with me and took it to her manager. Her manager was standing two feet away when she brought the coupon to him. He didn't read the coupon he simply said and I quote "He's either getting this or he's getting nothing“ almost as if I couldn't hear him from how close he was. It’s Burger King. It’s supposed to suck. Paid 2.29 each for two “medium” iced coffees because they don’t have “large”. When I got to the window, just asked if I could get a cup so I could combine them on my own and not walk around with two cups of coffee like an idiot, but that was against the rules Of course. Funny thing is, in order to have a “medium” you have to have both a small and a large. It is a mid sized selection that can not exist without its small and large options also existing.
