Panera Bread — Restaurant in Fort Liberty

I hope this place improves. I’ve been here twice. The drive thru order took about 40 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me. I purchased a BBQ chicken sandwich. The sandwich was a disappoint and was so bland without any toppings.

I contacted Panera and was told their franchise manager would reach out…. Nothing. No contact whatsoever.

The second time I went inside. The staff members were polite and my BBQ chicken sandwich was actually had sauce and toppings and tasted good. I hope this place continues to improve because it’s great to see a semi-healthy...

For the love of God, don’t waste your time here if you have any sense of needing to be somewhere within 45-60 minutes post ordering. This place is slow, unprofessional, rude and just straight disrespectful. No reason to be taking your frustration of a low paying, long hour, no benefit, hard working job because you didn’t want to take the time of day to put in effort to secure an actual good job. Food was fantastic. They've got a good system going with the kiosks and cashier, with the manager handing out food. You can see all the employees working their butts off in the back. Everyone is super nice. Only downside is the wait, but they're also brand new and have only been open like a month. They'll get there, in the mean time just order ahead. They should change the drive thru to pickup only and itd solve a lot of the issues, Panera isn't fast fast food... a regular drive thru esp on post just isn't sustainable...
