Panda Express — Restaurant in Fort Liberty

This is like the third or fourth time I go over there around 1445-1500 and they barely have options to take in your plate, I arrive to order my food and realize there was no beef or steak anywhere, the broccoli beef side looked like it was empty for the past hour same with the Angus Steak, when I asked for one of both they told me the didn’t have ready at the moment and it will take around 20 min to get it ready, all of these at the same time looking at the cooker with a worried face while the cooker just put a face like, hell nah I’m not gonna Cooke that, the place is supposed to close around 1800 but since 3 hours earlier they just sitting around trying to Cook what it is easier and costumers can’t get what they want, I’m the one paying and they made me feel like I was doing something wrong just for trying to get some nice lunch for me and my wife, I really hope a manager reads this cause if you the company is paying them and they agreed to work for that salary then you just need to do your job, the person serving wasn’t disrespectful but that tension they created just for not doing their job and been lazy was really awkward. Hope this serves as a help to improve their customer service to our soldiers that most of them are coming hungry from training and have to face situations like...

I ordered a bowl of fried rice and broccoli beef. I got 4 little pieces of beef and around 12 pieces of broccoli florets. Normally I'm not that person that would complain, but I have to after today. After I saw my meat portion, I asked the lady at the register if I can please have some more meat and she asked another lady that did the serving and said they put more meat under the broccoli. So I went to the table next to the register to check and there was no more. So I went back, but this time it was a different lady at the cash register and she told me that the meal is called broccoli beef because it's more broccoli than beef. So I said that I'm willing to pay for an extra portion of meat and she said that I can chose a different meat, since they can't go and separate the meat from the broccoli. I had my daughter on my arm and the bad of the other food I have ordered and didn't even have the time to argue plus there was a line of people as well, so I let it go, but I don't think this is right to do. We came here to today for lunch as we approached the ordering line we noticed a big fly walking in the fried rice. The fly proceeded to fly in land in most of the food. The server's had the audacity to ask us what did we want to eat after we pointed out the fly to them. I asked for the manger the shift leader said maybe he could help me, keep in mind the shift leader the main guy attempting to serve us. I asked him about what happens to food that flies walk on he only stated what they try to push the flies away he never said anything about throwing the rice out which is morally wrong.

This is an establishment for the service members who place their lives on the land for God, Law, Love and Liberty...this includes their family. How in the world can we do this to them? This place needs to be inspected by the military leadership, readily suggest and add to their SOPs on food handling and troop the line at these eateries and ensure that we are taking care of our service members and their families....
