I am utterly disheartened to share my recent experience at QDOBA Mexican Eats located in Fort Liberty, NC. This establishment, supposedly a haven for soldiers from Fort Bragg seeking a comforting meal, turned out to be anything but welcoming.
Last Wednesday, after a long and exhausting day, I decided to stop by QDOBA for a quick bite. It was around 8:30 PM – not terribly late, yet I was greeted with an unexpected hostility. Upon requesting chips and queso, a basic item on any Mexican eatery's menu, the staff member retorted with a snide remark, “You’re going to show up late AND be difficult?” I was taken aback by this unprofessional and disrespectful comment, especially since my request was neither late nor unreasonable.
In a previous visit, my experience was no better. I had politely asked for extra meat in my burrito, only to be bluntly denied. What's more, they then refused to serve me any meat at all, leaving me with a meal that was far from satisfying. Their behavior was not just unaccommodating, but it felt intentionally spiteful.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was no respite either. The tables were unkempt, the salsa bar was a mess, and the overall ambiance felt unwelcoming. It's disconcerting to witness such a lack of regard for basic customer service and cleanliness, especially in a place that serves those who serve our country.
I am deeply disappointed and hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the management at QDOBA Mexican Eats on Reilly St. Our soldiers, and indeed all customers,...
Read moreThis is the longest I ever waited on fast food. 4 people were there, but only one person was working. Marissa had to take our orders, make our order and then ring us up. Why when there were 3 other girls on the clock. One was washing the wall, one brought up one pan of something to Marissa and the other put the veggies on the stove. She never came back to check the veggies. Marissa had to check and cook the veggies and still wait on other guest. I love qdoba and when I find one I will get it no hesitation. Maybe I need to start hesitating, because of this experience. My food was not hot or good. It taste old and dry. Why are the pans empty during a rush and 4 people on the clock. I waited for 45mins. My husband shopped in the exchange, joined me at qdoba. Went into another line at Charley's, ordered his food, paid, and was eating before I ordered my food. Now you tell me why. People were leaving and apologizing to each other for having a big order or needed something from the back like bottle water. I gave two stars both for Marissa you rock lady. Thanking each guest, being patient, kept your composure you are the MVP of Qdoba. Thank you for the best part...
Read moreEvery time I go to this Qdoba I always regret it after. Qdoba staff during the day is rude and rushes you and gives you attitude. Then if you go at night they start cleaning up their food lines 2 hours prior to close and all the food is low quality. I went there on Sunday Apr 3, 2022 at around 7:30pm and I asked for a bowl with hot cholula chicken and the guy said he would have to cook it so I asked how long it would take him and he said a couple of minutes. So he comes out with the chicken and it didn’t look how it usually does, and the lettuce was going bad as well you could tell by the coloring that they weren’t keeping it at the right temperature. I got home and ate my bowl and the chicken didn’t even taste right, it wasn’t even spicy how it’s supposed to usually taste and within a couple of hours I was sick and couldn’t sleep all night. I finally fell asleep and woke up and threw up all my Qdoba. I am almost positive I had food poisoning from this place. This place needs to be inspected and I would not recommend...
