Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Mill

This is by far the worst place I’ve ordered from. I’ve ordered many times from this location and never had an issue. I have never felt like I had to leave a bad review for a place but here I am. When I tried to place an order after having one ordered messed up the manager Leila at this location was very rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t even let me explain the situation with my order. They wanted to charge me for the delivery even though they messed up the order. Why should you even order from a place that is unorganized and unprofessional. If I was the GM I would do a house sweep because these one star reviews just keep piling up. I will be ordering from the next location like other people in this review are saying, I agree with them. Food from dominos is generally good, but what takes the whole experience down is the customer service and atmosphere.

Upon arrival, I'm struck with the dawn of monotonous attitudes from one of the workers. Waited a good minute until I was actually spoken, too. Just placing the order seemed like a struggle. Just sucked the enthusiasm from wanting to be there to be honest.

Tip: Even if the food is amazing, if the staff is lifeless/dull when taking and completing orders, it will eventually run the establishment down...

Hypothetically and ironically, the decorated skeletons in the front of your place had more life than the whole interaction with some of the staff at this place on this...

Wish we could contact the actual owner instead of Manager. Been ordering for a while, pizza was delicious. No problems for many orders to feed our family of 6 and we get 2 - 3 pizzas every time. Then they made a mistake on my order and I tried to call and have the manager take care of it. The way she handled it was ridiculous. Don’t expect them to take care of you. They really need someone with more management experience. You don’t run your customers off! Too many pizzas in Fort Mill.
