Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Fort Mitchell

This was not our first time at Jersey Mike's, but this was our first time at this location and we're definitely making this our normal Jersey Mike's location after tonight.

If you have never been here before (and/or are unfamiliar with the area) the first thing to know is that there is a large parking lot on your left as you turn onto Orphanage Rd. from 25. There's a crosswalk nearby and there's not too much traffic through there, so if you wanted to cross at the parking lot you could do that. I'm not saying we did that, because we'd never break the law like that, but I can see how someone else might...anyways...

The food was every bit as good as you expect from a Jersey Mike's. The inside of the store was spacious, clean and looked very nice.

The staff was friendly and professional. Specifically the young woman behind the counter assembling sandwiches. She used a great deal of care when putting our order together, she didn't just throw it all together in a rush to be done. She even took the time to remove excess mayo from the sides of the bread so it wouldn't be a complete mess when eating. The same thing for the young man slicing the meat, you could tell he cared about what he was doing and was paying attention to the job at hand. Great staff at this location, for sure, and great training.

Where do I start? This is one my favorite JM locations to go to. The manager, Maggie, and her staff are simply incredible! She is so nice, helpful, efficient, and in control. They sure know how to take care of their guests there! And the sandwiches...oh my. Probably the BEST subs around, hands down. Whether it's cold or grilled, they are all delicious 😋. I am a die-hard and love the #8 and #9 (Club Sub & Club Supreme). I love going to eat in and sometimes for carry-out. Either way Maggie & her crew will take really great care of you. The food was great but most impressive was the manager. It was too busy to get her name but she was directing the team to get literally 100 subs made, for in store and pick up. Everything was correct and moved quickly. All the team members were nice and followed her orders, but the manager was the only thing keeping the store afloat during a lunch rush. 12:30pm 8/9/2025. I’m very impressed. The drink machine messed up and she came to fix it herself and was smiling and friendly while in the middle of what seemed like chaos. I will remember this visit for a long time.
