Where has customer service gone today? It doesn't exist in Fort Morgan, Colorado fast food restaurants. McDonald's is the worst. We've lived in Fort Morgan for just a little over a year and I can count on one hand how many times McDonald's has gotten an order correct. Just recently, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a quater pounder deluxe and a large diet coke. The screen info was correct, so I thought... no problem. The pay window person ask if I had the quarter pounder meal... to which I told her what I did have and she changed it. on to the next window.... the girl at the pickup window proceeded to asked me what I ordered, so I told her and figured she would get it correct... noooooo. I got home and got a quarter pounder and a diet coke. not a quarter deluxe. So I turned around and took the sandwich back. they said they would make it right, well how about making it right to begin with? anyway, I got a refund an left. I don't need McDonald's that badly. Also, I should mention, there was a man sitting outside that asked me if they got my order wrong too. when I told him, they did, he said he had been sitting there for about 5 minutes and I was the third person to pull up with a messed up order. To me, that's just not good enough. If I were the owner of that franchise, I wouldn't want my business to treat their customer the way they do. There is no customer service there. I have many other examples if you want me to share. The staff for the most part are rude and act like customers are not needed. I realize your McDonald's is the only one in town and if you want McDonald's, you'll just have to live with the incompetence and rudeness. .
One more thing. you have a 3.1 rating. you need to strive to be a 5 star McDonald's or not at all. I think 3.1 is an...
Read moreI'm a trucker traveling in 48 states making sure families have what they need during these unprecedented times.I walked up to the drive thru,my phone was dead let alone clearance level wont allow me to park near or even in the curbside to make an order.I proceeded to make an order they refuse until a customer had to explain that I jst got out the truck and there is absolutely no way for me to park. Then younger lady took my order after 10mins then Ms.Jill came outside to give me my order but small issue with my order so she kindly took it back. Then rude lady who to me may have been the manager came out and didnt even acknowledged me sad "this the last time I would have to make online.I told the lady excuse me with unprofessionalism i never ordered here before first time at this location, she cuts me off an says i dont care well no more walk up orders.I told her maam your not making any since there should be an exception due to me being a Trucker 53'.She then goes on to use profanity as I ask her name but I glanced and seen it.She (Ms.Kotina)then goes back in and continues to fuss at me.I told her I will call corporate.2Thumbs down this is not a way to run a business very rude and unprofessional at all.She needs to go back and take course on how to handle unforeseen situations and desescalate matters. Not make matters worse.I never once crossed the line during these times of uncertainty.Im making sacrifices and this how she treat people on the front line who are helping across...
Read morePretty good, not the best Micky ds in the world but usually dispite the locations disadvantage is pretty fast for a small town with very little fast food choices or restaurants in general, but out of all the fast food places around they usually have the best service they may be a bit slow at times but they don't mess the order up as much as other joints around town. Con: it basically shares the parking lot with the Toyota dealership so it gets really crowded around that area, and since McDonald's basically shares the lot with Toyota which has two true entrances one of them being more like an exit creates confusion for people on how to get into the McDonald's causing a line of cars to back up all around the building and blocking one of the entrances I mentioned earlier and for people who dinned in and are trying to back out and leave can't because of all the traffic running through the parking lot, this all usually being a daily thing there. Granted it only gets that way during peak hours but it usually stays pretty busy like that from morning to the afternoon around dinner time then after about 7pm calming down for the night also Idk if it's cuz this is a small town but they have some wonky hours compared to the McDonald's where I'm from most of which are open 24hrs or till midnight. Just make sure to check the hours before you make a trip out if your coming from afar...
