If you're ordering through Doordash or UberEats, Keep in mind you probably won't be able to track your order or know when it's coming at all.
I placed an Order at 11:35am without knowing that I wouldn't be able to track my order and waited pretty much an hour with no knowledge of where my order is but doordash strangely telling me it's 2 min away for some reason the entire time. I called the store about 25 min into waiting for my order and was told it was being sent out for delivery. For a company that prides itself on being fast and me being less than a mile away from where the store is, it's a little ridiculous an order would take this long, especially since I ordered it almost half an hour before the lunch rush, but I shrugged it off. Around 12:25, close to an hour from when I placed the order I called and was told it was out for delivery. I receieved it 10 min later with a rude note attached to it from the employees stating "Sorry for the delay but this is what happens when you order during lunch rush" (I have the note saved in my office desk and will be attaching pictures of it ASAP)
That behavior from the staff is EXTREMELY unacceptable and is the big reason I am giving as low as I can a rating. I get longer wait times due to lunch rushes, but the lack of professionalism is not acceptable, especially when I'm justifiably upset and unable to tell where my order is and how long it took to get my actual order from a business who sells themselves on being...
Read moreThis Jimmy Johns is probably the best service from a fast food chain I’ve ever had! They’re known for their fast service however, it took roughly 40-45 mins to get my food. Mind you I was not upset to begin with. But, when the delivery driver showed up however, he was extremely apologetic. He told me that they were rushed by a baseball team right before they received my order. And instead of either not telling me or thinking that it was ok that it took so long the driver made sure everything was correct and extremely kind. I was so impressed I called the store to talk to the manager. He too was very kind. Even without me telling him what the driver said about them getting slammed, he also said the same thing about the baseball team and how incredibly sorry he was but that it was very nice that I took time out to call and extend my gratitude to not only the driver, but the entire staff. I’m a very picky eater so my order was complicated and even after being slammed they still got it right. Not one thing was missing and the food arrived fresh. Very Rude, I got a drink and put ice in my cup and there was black what looked like to be mode in the ice and I asked for a new cup cause there was black all in my cup and the some girl with what ever hair color it was was rude and told me to rinse it out.Told them I was allergic to tomatoes and asked then to change there glove cause of cross Contamination. And she told me she didn't need to cause they were new gloves. I asked to talk to the GM and she was rude as hell.I also asked for a fork and they told me they didn't have forks but I know that was a lie cause I got potato salad the day befor and that came with a fork. It's hard for me being disable to hold my sandwich with 2 hands. So this store and all the Jimmy's johns should be closed down.
