i donât think iâll be visiting this specific crumbl location again due to a problem i had with my order. i ordered pickup at about 9:20pm ish and went to pick it up about 5 minutes later, so waiting for my order wasnât a big deal cause i usually just head inside and wait in there while my order is prepared which is no biggie. so i arrive and it takes like 3 minutes for someone to even notice iâve come in and basically every worker is a teenage girl which isnât usually a problem for me (me being a teenage girl myself) but they were in a big group by the mixers prepping for what i can only assume to be dough for the people in the morning to use the next day which i get but that doesnât require 5 girls standing around a mixer while one is separating flour out and the rest are talking and just pretending to look busy ig. only one girl (not apart of the group) acknowledges me and has to put the broom she was using to mop/clean the floor with down in order to greet and assist me. i give her my first name to which she goes over to the order station to view whatâs in my order and then she gets to work putting it together which i had no problems with. it was fine until she suddenly looked a bit lost as she was looking for a specific cookie (for reference i ordered a 3pc mini box of ginger snap, cinnamon roll, & semi-sweet chocolate chip) and she starts yelling back and forth to the girls at the mixerâwhich is too loud to hear her try to shout overâasking one girl if she had made new cinnamon roll mini cookies to which the girl finally heard her/responded after every girl i. the group had to try and get her attention and she responded no and basically shrugged it off when that seemed to have been something that she was supposed to do and not just blow off like that. so. the girl whoâs prepping my order comes to me and says that they donât have the mini cinnamon roll cookies which initially iâm fine with and i just ask her to get me a full size one instead cause theyâre out of the minis but sheâs like âi donât think i can do that, sorryđ¤âď¸â when itâs like you guys are out of the cookie youâre supposed to have and it let me order it perfectly fine on the app like it wasnât marked as sold out or anything so therefore i should be given the full size as a substitute cause thatâs the flavor i want and it is not my fault that you ran out/didnât make more since iâve already paid for my order online. so she forces me to choose from the other minis they have available which is slim to none if youâre someone who doesnât like fruit cookies or peanut butter in their sweets, so iâm forced to pick another semi-sweet chocolate chip cookie which is not what i wanted and honestly didnât even want to be my replacement i would have just taken the 2 and left if it wasnât for the fact that i had already paid for 3. so basically i wasnât even given service beyond being offered a different mini which i get but like i. didnât. order. a. second. semi-sweet. chocolate. chip. i ordered a cinnamon roll cookie mini and yâall are all out and didnât prevent this from happening which i should not have to âwork withâ as a customer like there were preventative measures that could have been taken that wouldnât have made me upset as i am now considering iâm having to suffer the consequences of somebody elseâs ignorance cause they didnât prep more when they were supposed to. overall just really disappointed with the service and the seeming lack of understanding from the workers which i did not expect but was still subjected to and i walked out of there pretty pissed off. and oh yeah the semi-sweet chocolate chip mini cookies that i had to end up getting two of? salty as hell. literally both of the bottoms COATED in salt it was awful and my ginger snap cookie was so so so dry. i did not enjoy my order in the slightest and was not impressed by the service. so even though this location is right by my work which is really convenient but ig not anymore as iâll have to drive an extra 15 minutes to get better serviceđ very...

Well I understand that is a self-service type of business greeting someone when you agreed it it's just common sense and good manner. I came in to pick up a rather large box of cookies along with a smaller one and when I gave my name I was told we don't need to know we'll let you know when it's ready. As I watch several other orders go out I asked will you please check on my order only to be ignored and when the order was indeed ready it was shoved in my hands and I was told there you happy. I would much rather go to the location in Cape Coral while still practically self-service style of business the service and the people are much friendlier I will definitely not be back here. However one of the workers said that they were OUT of the strawberry shortcake so we were like okay. But then I saw in the back that other employees were making lo and behold, the strawberry shortcake. And they looked like they had plenty of ingredients.
