I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had dining thus far. We placed an order around 7 and said that they were out of tenders because they were frozen and not defrosted yet so we had to order a normal chicken meal, which was fine. Our order was $43 and we got 3 sandwiches, a few fries, a 3 and 4 piece meal, and biscuits. When we received our order, they gave us someone else's order. By this point we'd already opened the food to check to see if any items were correct. None were, so we went back around to the drive thru. They acknowledged the mistake and said they'd give us the correct order. When we got to the window they ASKED FOR THE ORDER BACK THAT THEY GAVE US to give to someone else!!! In the midst of COVID-19, that is extremely unsanitary and absolutely disgusting. They had no idea if we touched the chicken or sides, coughed on it, etc. and took it back without a concern for others. As if that weren't bad enough, they asked us to wait in the parking lot for the correct order. Well, they came out with the correct order at some point and gave it to someone else AGAIN. My cousin got out of the car and asked what the status of our order was and they said they'd already brought it out but gave it to the wrong person. The girl was verbally aggressive and walked off with a bad attitude to go inside and get us the right order. 20 mins later, she comes back outside with our order which was only partially correct. We were still missing quite a few things. I asked her if I could get some sauces and I'd even walk with her and wait outside of the door so she wouldn't have to walk to our car again and she said no, they have no sauces at all and they're too busy to give me anything anyways so we need to just be done and leave. When we opened our food we saw that many things were still missing and our sandwiches were drowned in mayo. We didn't end up eating any of the food because it was haphazardly thrown together and looked extremely unappetizing. I'd never come back based on the fact that you took dirty food back, screwed up our order 3 times causing us to wait an entire hour for food which wasn't even correct when we got it, and for the employee's blatant lies about not having sauce and also her terrible attitude when the employees were in the wrong. Read moreI have never in my entire 33 years of life have ever been treated nearly as horrible as a customer anywhere before coming into this establishment. What was supposed to be a quick 5-10 minute stop on my home from a long day hard at work wanting some good ole fashion comfort food turned into an hour and half wait with a denial of a refund. The staff has no been trained properly at all, which is not their fault but this shows a clear laps in the management staff and their capacity to properly train there staff for their job responsibilities. I ordered a simple 5 tender combo with fries. I did not receive a recipe nor did the other two individuals whom ordered before me. Unknown of my order number I simply waited to hear my order called out. As I later found out because the cashier was not trained properly I was over charged for my meal dude to “technical errors”. So over charged and waiting an hour+ we come to the impasse of the manager. What should of been a simple, “I apologize for the inconvenience” turned into a store wide announcement of “wait your turn we backed up, you’ll get your food when you get it”. She then proceeded to argue with her own staff and went on a tyrannical Tirade about how her staff of high schoolers were utterly useless and completely incompetent. Then proceeded to yell at customers who had been waiting longer then me to stop complaint about not receiving their orders or receiving incorrect orders and to just take the food. Several people asked for refunds to no avail as the manager responded “no”. She then proceeded to call our order numbers to blank faces as no one had recipes to know if she had been calling their order or not. “I called it 4 times, don’t complain if you didn’t get you food”. As customers started to receive the correct orders, they asked for other condiments they needed to which she responded “ no, you didn’t get a combo that comes with those, you have to pay for those extra sauces”. These customers at this point had been waiting nearly 2 hours for a simple spicy chicken sandwich. When I received my food it was thrown at me and the counter almost falling on the floor by the manager, upset that I ordered food from this establishment. Read moreWent there today and everything went as usual. I ordered all legs and was told that I had to wait 12 minutes. No problem At the time I ordered I was on the phone with a friend and just started talking to her when I went inside.
24 minutes later we are still talking and I have no food. In the middle of that another friend called so I spent over 12 minutes with her. So finally I say to them I’m 13 minutes waiting based on the second call. The spicy chicken has come up and they are passing it out to the customer. The mild hasn’t come up.
The MANAGER then says it takes 12 minutes to cook and then another 3 minutes to pick it up. Ok I say it is pass that time. She ignores me. Then one of the other people call back how long til mild comes up. He answers another 2 minutes. Have you all started adding minutes yet.
I would have been happier if the Manager would have apologized and told me it would be right up. What she did do was have me 2 biscuits and a mash. I guess that was her way of apologizing. She needs to learn some communication skills and then people will not leave messages such as this. I haven’t made a comment concerning the chicken because it is freshly cooked.
The restaurant dining area was nasty. Trash pulled but sitting in the middle of the floor along with trash bags and used gloves.
