We slipped in for breakfast one morning. We were pleasantly surprised by the quaint little restaurant. I ordered the full hog omelette. I expected the typical ham, bacon and cheese, but this is truly a whole hog. There was more bacon and ham than eggs. It's hard to stand out at breakfast but this omelette was amazing. This is where most reviews end but I was offered toast or biscuit. Since I had a biscuit, I asked for some gravy. The gravy was delicious. I knew I should stop eating but the gravy gods insisted I finish my biscuit and gravy. My wife had something but I could hear her as my taste buds were singing from the great food. This is by far the best breakfast in Dekalb county Alabama! True farm to table. Great atmosphere, outstanding staff and owners, they really care that you enjoyed your food. The best biscuits I've ever had, hands down. We love it so much, we moved our Friday breakfast club here! The sausage and pimento cheese biscuit is my fav but you can also get it with bacon or ham. I had the breakfast power bowl and it was delicious, fried potatoes with red peppers and onions, sausage (from their own farm!), and scrambled eggs and cheese. It'd a beautiful little restaurant, with something to attract your eye in every corner. I've been 3 times now. The food was great every time. Here's where I get nitpicky. I think the breakfast menu is a little high priced for what you get. Thats pretty much my only complaint. The bacon is exquisite. French toast was good.
