A lot more people would shop in here if your employees would talk to the customers instead of giggling amongst themselves. It should be important for your employees to know the pricing of your items for not only the customers but for the business as well. I just checked out and they had to argue about the price of sale items and I had to correct them on the shoes. Told them to have a good day and didn’t get a response so we turned to leave and the young brunette sales associate said “Have a good day” then before we could respond said “you too” in a snarky voice. Which received more laughter. The immature behavior is astounding for people who I know were raised better. I checked the other reviews and it seems to be a reoccurring issue. Excellent running shoe selection. Walked into the store knowing EXACTLY what I was going to purchase (I run a lot and I didn’t even need to try on my soon-to-be-purchase) but the THREE (3) girls and ONE younger guy couldn’t be bothered to get off their phones or stop their conversations about what they were going to do that night to come and help me or the other younger couple who was also patiently waiting.

After 10 minutes I walked out the door without buying or saying word. What a joke. Never greeted me when I walked in, didn’t say a word as I stood there looking around, nothing.

We were in the store on Sunday afternoon. There were 3 sales associates in the store. The young ladies were much more interested in their personal conversations than helping customers. We asked them several questions about sale prices and particular items, but they barely took the time to respond and put no thought into their responses. For sales prices we had to do the calculations ourselves and hope we were correct. There are better places to spend your money. I normally support local, but they have to still earn my business.
