We traveled from Scottsboro just to go to this shop!! When we got there it opened 5 minutes late. When the door opened, we said GOOD MORNING, no response or acknowledgement from the young lady with the pink hair, she just turned and walked away! Tried to converse with the young lady, not hardly a word! Had to use ATM, as they do not except debit or credit. Had some trouble with it, she made no offer or suggestions to help! Finally drew out some money to pay. After making the purchase, there was no thank you, have a great day, thanks for shopping with us, come back to see us, nothing!! If this young lady (Which I believe is part of the owner's family) doesn't like being there, GET ANOTHER JOB! We will not shop again at this store.....

Response to the Owner's Reply: You are wrong on many points: She was late opening She did not greet us as claimed. She did not say a word when we left after purchase. If she is half asleep in the mornings, maybe she needs a night job. Dedicated? People who are dedicated to their jobs, treat customers a lot better than she treated us! Do not make excuses for the people you hire! Hire better. My wife and I both have owned businesses, so that's a moot point. Bottom line: If this lady that we met this morning is the best you can do, we won't be back to your store and will spread the word to others...

Was given a free sample of a topical CBD oil ointment to use for pain relief. The ointment caused a blistering chemical burn that caused the skin to peel off. I contacted the store to let them know that their ointment caused a chemical burn and I was told that it couldn't have possibly been caused by their product and that it was an allergic reaction. All I wanted was to let them know that their product caused harm so that they could test their sample before giving it out to anyone else. Instead of an apology or even saying they would check it out all I got was accusations that it couldn't possibly have been from their ointment. I should have known better because it was probably never tested or FDA approved but some homemade remedy they are just selling out of the shop. BUYER BEWARE! Don't buy from this store.
