Rusty Barrel Saloon and Grub — Restaurant in Fort Payne

Would be a great place if bartenders wasn’t getting drunk! The bartenders choose who they like and who they don’t like and prevents the business from making money. I have been to multiple bars and have never had issues out of the bartenders but here at the rusty barrel I have had that problem and have been there only 3 times. Why I don’t know nor do I understand. This place needs better service. With bartenders who don’t drink while working and bartenders who don’t judge by someone’s looks I’m assuming. These two girls will ID THE WOMEN BUT NOT THE MEN. Why? You should ID everyone regardless. This place would be an amazing spot but fights constantly break out 3 I seen tonight because of a bartender who was actively drinking in the back parking lot. And one bartender is just utterly rude and hateful. I could not see me spending money here again over poor customer service and spending time at a fighting rink when the bartenders are the main problem! Attentive service food was delivered considerably fast for the crowd there. The one beer I managed to finally find out was on tap was good. The server wasn't knowledgeable about craft beer and there was no menu to search for myself to make a choice. The Chicken Quesadilla had no real seasoned taste and the BBQ wrap had so much sauce you couldn't taste the pork. The garlic cheesy chicken wrap was great. In the past, you could drive by on a Saturday night and the place would be absolutely packed now if you do the same, the place is barely busy at all.
