Dunkin' — Restaurant in Fort Pierce

I ordered a medium Hot French Vanilla with cream and sugar and a Vanilla Iced Coffee for my missus and they refunded the ice coffee because they didn't want to make it. Not only that but they used decaf coffee in my drink! To top it off I ordered a Chipotle Bacon, Egg, and cheese croissant and they used regular bacon that's been sitting on the side of their cooker for who knows how long! Then burnt it! When asking for a refund for all my items they refused stating that they dont need to if I was served what I asked for. Which I wasn't. I'll be in touch with corporate over this. I actually worked for Dunkin before so I know what my order is supposed to look like and what type of service I'm supposed to get based off Dunkins morals and policies. This location is the worst in the city of fort Pierce I ordered a latte ONLINE paid extra for oatmilk & a extra pump of swirl . Cause the line was long they gave me regular hot coffee with no swirl and no oatmilk and filled it past the top of the cup . I also paid separately for a Boston creme that they shoved in the bottom of my sons munchkin bag covered it up with glazed munchkins. I want to hear a couple weeks back. Made an order and the Lady at the window miss heard me and overcharged me. I brought it to her attention at the window and she told me that she could not give me a refund because the manager was not there. I went back on Monday to try to get my refund the staff told me the manager was not there again and she wasn’t there at all today. I then proceeded to call corporate. Corporate said that management would reach out to me in one to two days they never did.
