They gave out random acts of kindness free drink coupons 2 weeks ago and told me yes they are free with no other context. I did not think anything of but yay 2 free drinks went next day to use and they would not let me due to fine print on cards saying only if you are not a member already. It was not a kind experience at all nor did they offer any apologies or seem sorry that I was put in an awkward situation. I called multiple times to customer service and the location an never got ahold of anyone just Van. So, I left one and also sent them an email stating I would like a call back. NEVER GOT ONE. It is so difficult to even track down a customer service number that alone is super frustrating. I used to rave about 7brew but now they are becoming a giant chain and seem to have no customer service experience care or member retention. The last little thing is that the new location here in fort smith, ar on rogers by the ford place is super small and the lanes cramped. The whole setup and building is awful, I hate how close the lanes are and you are continuously in a turn. Also exiting and entering are difficult because they chose to put the place by one of the most busiest streets on rogers, it is just a few feet from the elementary school and traffic backup from that alone is notoriously bad. Entering is an issue because they have no sign that is visible coming from the road by the elementary school and is located right by a major construction site so you don’t know where to turn until you are right there on it. Read moreI was just at 7 brew on rogers by Sam’s and my daughter went through and ordered drinks one being a KIDS hot cocoa while we waited in the parking lot and she received our drinks and the hot cocoa was not kids temp in fact it burnt my tongue. So I sent my kids to go and have it fixed to kids temp and the manager on duty her name was Paige but then proceeded to tell me her name was Abby, completely ignored them as well as other coworkers and then I went and talked to an employee and the employee brought the girl out and proceeded to have an attitude and threatened me with cameras and audio so then I proceeded to say well then it would hear your attitude as well as mine. Read moreI Have to bring my five star down to a 3 star now because quite a few times this past month I have had incorrectly made orders. Today 8/2/24 was a disaster around 6am. I was skipped in line and had to tell the girl that she skipped me. My order was incorrectly made. I didn't bother to have them remake it becuase I didn't want the people behind me waiting. Also the girl handing drinks tried give me another person's order with 2 drinks. She was also running around confused while handling orders to people. The place has regularly starting to get busy on weekends from open to 6am timeframe. 3 workers total is not enough. Please add more shifts for that timeframe.
