7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Fort Smith

Had a large frozen mocha. It was so good,and the large is really a large size... Three Thumbs up..... Service was also great really nice staff. The only thing I didn't like is that you can't see the menu board until you get up there to pay. (Drive thru) It made me feel rushed ( and those poor girls standing out in the freezing cold with the iPad taking orders) trying to look at the menu on the iPad and a line of cars behind us I would rather look at the board instead of trying to scroll through the iPad. My passenger was going to buy something but ended up not buying anything because by the time we got to the board it was time to pay. It would be nice if the menu board could be moved back a little ways from the pick up window. It would of been nice to have a little time to look items over while waiting in drive...

This place has wide selection of coffees to try. You can customize and create more options than other coffee places around here. The coffee taste amazing and the service is fast. They stay open late which is really nice. You get a bigger portion than places like Starbucks for the price that you pay. The only criticism that I have is that while the workers are super friendly, it is obvious they are told to make conversation to the customers. Sometimes I am just tired from work or just want to be anti-social and get my coffee and go. I can also see that being a issue for people with social anxiety too. But that is just a minor complaint. Overall, this is the best coffee...

UPDATE 7 Brew reached out and made this right!! Got a large Blondie and it was excellent!! Thanks 7 Brew!! This is only my 2nd time to 7 Brew. First visit in Muskogee I got an iced Blondie, at my daughter's suggestion, and it was great. Decided to go to the Ft. Smith location and order my all time SB favorite an iced white chocolate mocha. It was trash! Tasted like coffee with Hershey syrup dumped in it!! I tried to drink it cause I didn't want to waste money but I couldn't and poured it out!! I'll be back and try the Blondie again. I want to like this place cause service and...
