I did enjoy shopping here, but not anymore. Prices have been continuously going up, they're asking ridiculous amounts on used items, that are not in good condition. Shorts with no buttons on them, shirts with noticeable holes, shoes that are definitely used and worn, but they're name brand so the price is marked up. I saw a shirt in Savers for $4 and change before taxes. I know the brand of shirt it was, I own the same exact one, you can pick it up at Target for $5 and change, after taxes. Where are the savings? The shirt did not have new tags on it, so why not just go buy a new one for cents more? Manager Melissa allows employees to be combative, and not step in to control the situation, as well as giving conflicting information. First, Melissa says real nastily that a cashier could come up at anytime to start checking out more customers, then agreed with the ONE cashier, saying they're shorthanded. So which is it? You have so many employees one could come up at anytime to cashier, or your shorthanded and didn't have anyone to call up to the registers, so you only have the one cashier? Oh, she could do other things (answer the phone that rang twice while I was in line, help someone who needed a purse, and stand around watching everything) but could not help the 6+ people in line behind me. Instead, I'm the rude one because they are short handed. First of all, not my fault your employees don't want to be there, look at how you treat customers. Second of all I'm not rude, just telling the truth that you didn't want to hear. You say you're short handed, but you have time to argue? Hm, seems to me an apology for the wait, without attitude, would have stopped the problem right then and there. I commented on how ridiculous it was that there were people piling up behind me in line, but the manager didn't call anyone to help, or help at all, herself, and the cashier thought it was her place to give attitude that the manager did nothing about. I'm stubborn, I'll argue with a brick wall, but I was also a customer, and good managers don't have employees that will run off their customers. So, almost FULL prices for USED clothes, and a terrible manager? I think I'll find another thrift...
Read moreThis store is the worst store ever. Let me start off by saying I have never stolen anything and I have made many donations to the store and Iâve spent lots of money in this store. So around Christmas of 2023 I was in the store with my disabled mom and we was shopping, minding our own business a gentleman comes up to me after my mom had walked away to go to the restroom and tells me to leave the store. I asked why and his response was âwe donât want your kind of people in hereâ I was very puzzled and asked âmy kind? What is that?â He said âshoplifterâ I said excuse me I have never shoplifted and yes I know that Iâm all over the store but itâs not because Iâm shoplifting I have ADD & ADHA AND I GET DISTRACTED VERY EASILY. He told me my kind wasnât acceptable in the store and threatened to call the cops. I asked if I could find my mom and explained she was disabled and he told me that wasnât his problem and to get out. He was very loud and rude and everyone in the store was looking at me. I was so embarrassed and I was upset and couldnât believe because I have ADD & ADHA that i wasnât accepted in the store. I called the main office and was told that I was aloud in the store and they apologized to me and said if I ever have any issues to please call them back. So a few months later I go in and this time a lady told me to leave and that my kind isnât welcome in the store. I was so embarrassed again. Called the main office and was told I was aloud in the store and they apologized again. Well then today I went in the store with my daughter and 5 minutes in the store a lady name Tanya with pink orange and yellow hair and a lady name Natalie with brown hair come up to me and told me I was to leave the store and when I asked why she told me she didnât have to tell me and to leave or she would call the cops. Totally embarrassed my 11 year old daughter. So if you have a disability and you get distracted easily I wouldnât go in the store. I will be talking to the main office again and Iâm not going to just let this go. Iâm so embarrassed and my anxiety is so high I probably wonât be able to leave my home for a while. I hope you are happy for...
