I have one word RUDE!!, when did common manners go flying out the window.? To speak to a customer in that smart butt tone is not necessary, My son has special needs and does not understand that tossing paper out the window is wrong; tosses paper from the backseat:The young lady balled out my son right there before I could even say sorry for him: She gave me the most hateful look ever and stormed off to get our order: When she came back I was going to explain and help with clean: When in A smart butt tone told me tossing paper was wrong: The stAtement in itself would have been ok but her tone and hateful facial expression was too much and rude :It’s ironic that she was rudely talking to me and my son and the trash cans around the entire building were running over with food trash,!, I would advise management to help her with her people skills: Yes paper on ground is bad but rude behavior when u don’t know the whole story is far worse: I would advise no paper tossing at Sweet Bay or u will be talked to very rudely and that facial expression could stop u in your tracks ! I hope she was able to rudely get that trash around that building cleaned up , When did being nice to everyone stop . U might change friendly. Staff to only if they feel like it , u are normal and don’t litter, Beware, ps coffee was not that good : By the way I am feeling very sick after drinking that coffee: I hope she did put something in the coffee to further her attack, just over a piece of paper the size of a pack of gum:. I know that management will be so proud that she takes the environment so seriously that she is willing to run off customers, who spend amount 20:00 buck per week there, oh...
Read moreSweet Bay was my favorite coffee place in Ft Smith for years. Over the years I noticed the level of cleanlinessas well as maintenance of the buildings seemed to be going downhill. Then the Pandemic hit and they went nuts and totally shut down the inside dining. So I had to go find a new favorite because I needed a place to plug in and work.
I won't put the name of my new favorite here but they are clean, bright and cheery with plenty of inside & outside work space.
Today I decided I would again try my old friends out. You know share the wealth around kind of thing. I went to the the location by Lowes. Inside dining was open finally long after everyone are running full throttle. The place had most of the tables removed (as if it was mid 2020). The poor workers are all masked up and the service horrible. The couple of people there were busy serving the drive through etc and after standing & waiting for a while, I went and worked a while till a girl come to the counter and the I quickly went to the counter and she took my order.
But the place was dirty, run down and not opened properly business. To the owners I say Stop listening to the deep state peeps spewing their CNN/MSNBC mind mush and run a business for real. Otherwise I have no need to come back. The new favorite wants my...
Read moreWent here for lunch. I've been to this location before and the food is okay and so are the staff that work there too. But it seems no matter the sandwich I've gotten their caprese they are stingy with the pesto sauce. It turn out to be a cheese sandwich with a tomato. There is always just a one smear of pesto. Which I don't understand, they never put the pesto all over the sandwich. I'm just saying a caprese is a caprese so pesto is needed. It's not worth $10 for a sandwich that has the most important ingredient none existent. I was NOT impressed.
Update: I only come here every year or two bc I'm from out of town. Well this time I decided I wanted another caprese just bc it's still my favorite sandwich. When ordering I went ahead and asked for extra pesto and to my surprise there was extra pesto this time. The place is still expensive for a sandwich but it was good. I think the customer service tho was weird and just really monotoned. Like they weren't happy they were there. Idk I get it having a job period isn't always fun but the way they talked was just awkward and...
