I wanted to write a review abt the appalling service we had tonight. We do not frequent BWW but we decided to have dinner there.
When we first came in, things were going relatively good. We ordered drinks and food and waited. Another group came in to sit next to us that consisted of three girls/women and you could automatically tell they were friends/family members of our waitress, Jaiden. How do you think we made that assumption? Well, Jaiden decided to completely disregard us as customers after that. She sat at their table and gossiped the entire time. Did not once check on us, did not refill our drinks or bring us napkins. Of course when I turned around to interrupt her conversation it seemed like an issue to ask her to do all that (her job). She gossiped for quite awhile about how much she hates her job and the work environment. She verbatim said âI hate it here so muchâ when talking about management and how they moved her out of her spot to place another worker named Jordan behind the bar. She stated coworkers came up to her every 20-30 minutes to tell her how bad Jordan was doing behind the bar. She said she told them how upper management never shouldâve moved her out of her spot and put him there. I obv wouldnât know this information if she werenât loudly talking about it. I donât think I would work anywhere I hated so much that I openly talked about it so customers could also hear. I get being excited and wanting to say hi to friends and family when they come to your job but to disregard all your other customers is mind blowing. If management decided to review footage you would see me turn around several times throughout our visit to ask her to service us. She also brought out the dirtiest celery and carrots after having to ask a second time for them. People argue all the time about going out to eat to receive a service vs staying at home and cooking. It seems like nowadays you canât even receive that. We did not tip and we did speak to a manager named Don who was very friendly and apologetic about our experience bc not only did we receive the worst experience, she also did not give us back our correct change then tried to say she gave us back X amount and we counted it several times including openly so cameras could see. Not to mention, still charging us for the tater tots she forgot. I also want to mention that my husband ordered a beer and when her friends/family came in all of them got their drinks and beers and we had been sitting way before they came, when we asked her for the beer we ordered she seemed to have an attitude like it was our fault that she forgot? Like I stated, just appalling. I have so much more to say but Iâll save it for the GM when I call in the morning. I would hate to employ someone who hates their job so openly and to treat their...
Read moreWe love going to Buffalo Wild Wings - as we always have great service, the food is always of the same quality as we have come to expect, and the wait staff is always Amazing. We enjoy the variety of sports events, and typically we go around an event that we canât get at home. So this review (I pray those behind the business decisions of BWW will read) is directed to something beyond stupid!!!!
always order the âwetâ wings, and my husband typically orders the dry. When I asked the waiter for more napkins, he brought me what looked like cocktail napkins, but just a bit bigger. Iâm looking at my plate, and back at the waiter with the âwhat do you expect these napkins to do for me,â look. So after each bite or wing, I used 1-3 of the worthless napkins to clean myself!!! By the end of our plates, we had asked for 3 more rounds of napkins, and we had about 20-30 used and abused napkins. THANK GOD I happened to have some wet wipes in my backpack, as apparently in their quest to lower their costs, they also donât provide those for their patrons anymore.
Although, this issue will probably not prevent us from staying away from BWW, I just fail to understand âwhat idot thought that was a good idea?â So now instead of 2-4 large napkins as in the past, you are given cocktail napkins to remove all of the evidence. We were beyond FLOORED over that stupid business decision. So now they have also increased their refuse expenses, probably soap and paper towels (if they have those in the bathroom), all to save some pennies on napkins which were perfect for âwetâ buffalo wings. Someone was just dumb in...
Read moreService sucks, big time. As a delivery service employee I have to make "RELIABLE, ON TIME FOOD DELIVERIES" in order to satisfy the customer....well, ouf of all these food places in Fort Smith, it is understandable a little delay here and there will always be there due to so many variables but BWW is always the same thing over and over again, "lack of customer service". Their staff looks like is ran by a bunch highschool kids, also nobody to be on the counter to pick up orders which I wished they had a "Loud Bell" in order to get someone to help you in case nobody is there, not only that you see them thru them double door glass and yet after making eye contact with them and waving yet they don't acknowledge that there are customers at the counter waiting to pick up their orders but also they are playing and chit chatting the whole time you looking through them double door glass while you are waiting for someone to attend you...whether is Door Dash or Uber eats I've been canceling orders coming from this place because is not "Fast, Reliable serving customers on time". I don't even have to do this stupid long waits at "Wing Stop". Please, whoever the manager is, put a freaking bell at the pick up order counter and make it as loud as possible that all the employees can hear it...in the good note there was a young lady checking on the 6 of us every now and then, so Kudos on her, and wished I could remember her name but that's the only server that had in mind what customer service means in this establishment, while the rest were having a social time behind them...
