I had a relatively ok experience here. I went into fix my battery on my Google pixel phone. Upon receiving my phone it had less than 10% battery left so since it was nearly dead I didn't do anything but check out and leave. I got in the car and plugged it in and was still in the parking lot when I realized something was messed up on my screen. They did replace my screen for free but for future reference always spend a few minutes playing on your phone before checking out. I received my phone back battery and new screen working flawless. I didn't realize till a few hours later that the selfie mode on my camera is messed up. Also, I can't hear anyone and they can't hear me on a phone call unless it's on speaker. I had neither of these issues before I brought my phone in. However, once you sign and leave the store there's nothing that can be done unless you want to pay to fix it. Overall they were polite. They saved me from having to buy a new phone for a while, we shall see how long these minor issues bother me until I upgrade.
I contacted them and they said they would try and fix the issues for me. This makes me very happy. Great customer service. Will update once fixed Update:::: They fixed my phone apparently the plastic part you peel off before reapplying the screen was left on over my front facing camera and ear speaker. Because this was something one of the techs did they fixed it for free. It was a lot of going back and forth but overall I'm very happy with how they treated me and my phone working well. I would go here again because they took care of...
Read moreThey kept my phone and tablet for over a month and a half. I called twice and each time they said the parts would be in Tuesday. When I went to pick up my property 7 weeks later the assistant manager (or so he called himself) yelled at me that He couldn’t fix my devices because of Christmas. Not sure why he couldn’t fix it in the month before Christmas? He gave me a phone (which wasn’t mine) and told me he’d need over 2 hours to release my tablet because it was in pieces. Now it took them over 20 minutes to even find my tablet and phone. Admittedly I didn’t inspect my phone, just dropping it into my purse. I live 45 months bytes from the store so returns home feeling that not being able to wait there for them to reassemble my tablet. I received a call 3 hours later not to tell me my tablet was ready, but to say the assistant manager gave me someone elses phone and I had to return it immediately. I informed the “manager” or so he called himself, I lived to far away to return to Fort Smith that day and would try to get there the next day. I still haven’t heard if my property is finished. The next morning I received a call early morning approximately 9 am stating that if I didn’t return the phone they gave me immediately they would take legal action. I’m a 55 year old retired disabled nurse and the incompetent boy working at the store is threatening to have me arrested for the mistakes he made. He gave it to me I didn’t steal it and they still have my property. Who are the thieves? Spend the extra money and go to...
Read moreI need to wait more than 7 weeks a spare part (glass) for my Samsung phone. Original waiting time was "just two weeks" and that is why I choose this company (local, close).
I called several times for schedule updates, but I was only active part. I learned that it is not possible for this company to share information updates for customers. Funny, because almost all companies can inform customers (Amazon, Walmart etc).
Finally when parts arrived, we found an issue sharing personal PIN code. Phone need to be ON while it is fixed. Without sharing Your PIN code, You will not get warranty. This company requires to sign a document for this.
There were no possibility to be close to phone (=wait) when they test screen so only option is to give Your PIN code (access to ALL data) for several hours / days.
I was not able to remove data/crypt my phone before leaving it and my company policy is saying that You should control data/PIN or minimize time when someone is operating with Your personal data.
I did not get my phone repaired today and it was my personal choice. I will have more time to crypt / remove some of personal info before I try to fix my phone. I will buy this service from a nother customer friendly company.
A tip for this company: Take care of Your customers. If You promise something and there are delays, share updates.
When You finally meet customer jn present: Shaking hands is a good way to say hello or good bye. Shaking your head and being fustrated is a good way to get rid...
