Then, was told would get ahold of me about delivery date, soon, like next day, and it has been 5 days now. Adds up to = not good customer service! We returned the bed but they told us we HAD to keep the frame and that they did NOT take them back. So here I am with a useless frame and have to pay over $2000 for it!! Why do they accept the used mattress back that we “slept” in but not the frame that the mattress sat on.
