Sofa City — Local services in Fort Smith

Randomly stopped in while on the way to another chain furniture store for a newly remodeled TV room and was immediately greeted by a charming and charismatic saleswoman. She was so friendly and not one time was she ever the stereotypical “pushy” salesperson. Not only was her personality pleasing, she was incredibly helpful and accommodating of us since our room was small, and we were so specific on what we wanted. She even carries coffee tables from one part of the store to the sectional we ended up buying just to let us see how they paired. Twice!! To me that was above and beyond service. Once we found both the sectional and coffee table and end table we wanted, she got us hooked up with their numbers guy who also was super friendly and helpful and he did some math “magic” and they even offered us a discount off the price just to sweeten the deal. Everything from the moment we walked in to the actually loading of the furniture was a great furniture buying experience. I feel this should be the first store locals check when looking for new furniture. They really are a customer centered store and make the whole experience not only painless, but pleasant. Decided last weekend to go shopping for a new couch and loveseat. I was mentally prepared for going to a number of different stores and dealing with pushy salespeople. Luckily, the first (and only!) stop I made was at Sofa City. They had several great options and we found something perfect for us. Our sales guy, Jacob, was helpful and friendly and not at all pushy. Everything on the floor was in stock so we were able to get fast delivery (had to sell the old couch first - I wasn’t expecting to find anything in stock that day!).

Made our purchase on Saturday and the delivery was made Thursday morning. The delivery guys were quick and friendly. They got everything all set up and took all trash away. After they left, I found out that the light built into one of the parts of the couch wouldn’t come on. I called Sofa City and within 15 minutes was told the delivery guys would come back to double check that everything inside the couch was hooked up correctly. They came by a bit later and got it fixed in just a few minutes. My experience with Sofa City has FAR exceeded my expectations and I’ll definitely be returning in the future and recommending...

We bought a leather power reclining sofa, love seat and chair set last February and love them. The prices were the best in town. The quality of the furniture in my opinion was also the best in town. We shopped every furniture place in Fort Smith for a month and found Sofa City to be the place for us with the best product and the best prices. Our sales person, Jacob, was fantastic. While we shopped he was available for any questions we had but would leave us alone and not try putting on all the hi pressure tactics the furniture sales people are so notoriously known for. The store manager, JB, was also very helpful in getting every discount possible for our final price and saved us hundreds of dollars.

Also recently while keeping our daughters dog while she and her family was on vacation, the dog damaged one of the backs of the love seat. JB was able to secure a replacement for the back at a ridiculously super low cost.

You simply can't beat these guys on customer service, price and product anywhere in Fort Smith AR. Great folks....
