I’m really disappointed with the experience I just had. My boyfriend picked up subs for dinner and we live 20 minutes away. When we sat down to eat, I took a bite of mine and it was completely charred — not just a little burnt, but totally black and inedible. I called the restaurant right away and spoke to the manager-ā€œChrisā€, and the only solution he offered was for us to drive all the way back right now to replace it. That’s a 40-minute round trip for your kitchen’s mistake. I asked if we could come another day or show a photo, and he said no — the only way to get a replacement was to bring it in immediately. I’m frustrated, still hungry, and honestly shocked by how little they cared. This is not how you treat paying customers.

So to be clearly honest, Firehouse has the best fast food subs in town, we don't have tons of options but they are good. I usually order the Hero dub (picture), most of the time is great. The one down side, is, they are not the fastest place in town either, even on an empty store as you see in the pics, it takes 10 to 15 mins to get a sub order out and by then your chips are gone. Also, this is not location specific, but I do think a med combo should not be $13, but call me old fashioned. $13 gets me a nice meal in most sit down restaurants. So, unless you are in a hurry or have a hard time spending $10 minimum for a combo, then yeah.

Food was ok, but not that good especially for the price they charge. Your better off to hit up the Subway. My big deal is we said NO CHEESE. Had a long conversation about how our daughter can't eat cheese and low and behold what's this!?!?!? CHEESE šŸ™„šŸ˜” Now we're stuck with either option A: wasting my gas going back up there to get the right thing or B: cook her something to eat which is the whole reason we picked food up so I wouldn't have to cook. I highly recommend you check your food before leaving.

I placed an order online that went through and I got my receipt at 11: AM 30 a.m. it told me my order would be ready at 11:45. 11:55 I did ask how much longer it would be and they had not even started my sandwiches and told me that it does take time ma’am as if 25 minutes wasn’t long enough to make a sandwich. They were extremely rude and then accused me of screaming at them when I didn’t even raise my voice so at that point I see this is about to really take an ugly turn so I said to them well I think at this point I might be interested in just getting a refund the manager yells at me ā€œthen I need to know right nowā€ and I said then fine ma’am go ahead and give me a refund. When my husband did call up there later and ask for a general managers name so that we could file a complaint she told my husband she was the general manager(Her name is Bea) and if we didn’t like their food to just not come back and then hung up on him, I have never been treated that way in a Firehouse Subs. It was really a very unfortunate and embarrassing situation and I’ll never spend another dime with them again. But they do have a serious serious problem with their Fort Smith store on zero Street that needs to be addressed quickly. and from the look of their reviews, there’s quite a few people having this problem with them. It is one of the most unprofessional and horrible food experiences...

Dear owner/operator, please understand when you read this that I have no issue with your crew or the food. They have always been great.

Earlier this week I ordered online for the convince and to make sure that I had plenty of time during my lunch break. During the process the website glitched on my and showed no sign that it had accepted my order or my payment, I even made sure to check my email for confirmation and did not receive one. Undeterred, I restarted my order as I thought the food was worth it. Upon arriving at the location, the crew seemed confused and asked if I wanted "both" orders, and then informed me that the only way to get a refund was through the website. I have seen no confirmation that corporate has even looked at my issue and the charge is still pending, so I cannot contest it with my bank. As a customer, this comes off as ether laziness, or hoping that I would forget about the charge. I'm sorry that corporate's lack of action has to be a part of your franchises issues, you have a wonderful crew and they have always treated me right. I just want to make sure that this issue doesn't...
