Such a cute little ice cream shop! I love the exposed brick and the color scheme inside - mint, pink, yellow. Our daughter just had her 10th Birthday Party in the back room there and it was perfect! She had around 9 girls at the party and a few adults and it was very roomy. The girls were able to get the ice cream of their choice and then did some crafts that we brought.

We had the shop basically to ourselves due to it being the holiday season but I see that as being a huge benefit to having a December birthday party at an ice cream shop 😉

Everyone loved the ice cream choices, including the adults. The “cake eater” ice cream was especially a hit, as well as the bacon ice cream. I personally loved my salted caramel shake!

I highly recommend Fort Thomas Ice Cream for evenings after dinner or birthday parties. We love being able to support a local business and it is even better when the ice cream tastes so good!

I took my grand daughters in to experience this new ice cream shop. They were excited to have a new place & like all children happy to just be there. And like all children they needed to be welcomed a made to feel welcome. None of this happened. We were not welcomed or asked if it was our first time & if we would like to sample anything. The lady who took our order, which is all she did, didn’t seem happy. On our way home my 11 year old grand daughter said that lady didn't seem happy. Well if an 11 year old can pick up on that, it is telling. The one ice cream my grand daughter did sample, which she had to ask if it was possible, was the cake eater, it was soupy. My family of 4 went to the parlor for their delicious cookie dough (always love trying their new specialty flavor) and ice cream! When we got there, they had a whole coffee selection menu to choose from. My husband and I are kind of coffee snobs but the owners suggested we try it and really felt we would not be disappointed! They made us both a Salted Honey Bliss. It was AH-mazing!! We did NOT expect that when we headed out for ice cream! Most coffee shops that solely focus on their coffee don’t impress us that much!
