Food is good and I order but after a 2+ hour wait, after the 2nd call (the first call was after an hour) I was told my food was delivered and I didn't answer my phone or the door. This is just untrue. I was 4 feet from my door the entire time, watching my camera regularly. The owner wouldn't refund my money. Said the driver has been there 15 years. Well, someone either messed something up or is lying. Supposed to be replacing the order, at this rate around 3 hours after I placed it. I get it's the first night of college football, and I get it's raining and delays happen. I wouldn't be mad if I was actually communicated to, but i was dismissed. I offered to share my call log, which shows all of my outgoing calls and no incoming calls during the time frame, but the owner wasn't interested. I'm no kook, and I very rarely complain. Check my other reviews. I seriously give businesses, especially local ones that I frequently patronize the benefit of the doubt with all the challenges we all face today. It's very frustrating to not be heard and a shame I won't be as regular of a patron. I'm sure that's little impact to the owner. But I'm telling you, no one came to my house. After a 60 minute wait ( estimated delivery time was 25 minutes ) I received plain ol potato wedges, and a sad cheese pizza with a few pieces of pineapple on it not to mention this order was 30$ once I contacted the restaurant I was repeatedly told I received what was on my “ ticket “ I didn’t not receive a receipt upon delivery but do have a screenshot of the LOADED tater snaps I put in my cart ( I ordered online ) I could tell the employee I spoke with was not in an accommodating mood so I didn’t expect any more from management. I left it at that. I will be contacting corporate in the morning regarding this order and I have NEVER called a corporate office. Read moreThis is my second time ordering from this particular restaurant . The first time was pickup. The girl at the desk literally answered 7 calls before she got with me about my pickup order. That is extremely rude. 1 or 2. Ok. Or answer and ask to hold a second and at least see what I needed. Just to see if I was a simple pickup or if I needed to order. Anyways. My second experience wasn’t any better. I decided to order delivery this time so that I didn’t have to deal with that again. Well it was late but that is cool to me. Wasn’t terrible.
