I previously reviewed this restaurant after eating their Bulgogi and finding it just a bit tough, but I am upgrading my rating because I returned tonight and had the best, most authentic Korean Sweet & Sour Pork I have ever tasted outside of Korea. The battered pork was crispy on the outside and deliciously tender on the inside. The sauce was exactly like they make it in Korea and the added vegetables were typical of the recipes you find throughout the different regions of Korea. They did add a few chunks of pineapple and a few thin slices of apple, which is not common in Korean Chinese restaurants, but it is something I always felt they should try the whole 29 years I was in Korea. Sure enough, I was right because their recipe is amazing! Osan Korean BBQ and Sushi at 402 Racetrack Rd is a great place to get a wonderful taste of Korea or you can enjoy your favorite "Japanese" Sushi roll. There are two dining areas in the front of the restaurant, one is fashioned to be a bit of a sports bar and has a couple of TV's, and the other is strictly for cozy dinning. Both are decorated to give an Asian ambiance to your experience. There's also a bar in the back of the restaurant with it's own entrance. I previously went there for lunch and found they had a half dozen or so lunch box specials. At that time I had tried the Beef Bulgogi, which is Korean marinade of thinly sliced beef that is pan fried or grilled. It had a very nice flavor but it was a bit on the tough and chewy side vs being tender and moist. The meal was served in a Japanese style Bento Box, which is a tray with separated portions. The lunch special I had that day came with the entree plus three Korean Sides made of vegetables. In this case there was some Chinese Cabbage Kimchi, some Cucumber Kimchi, and some parboiled and seasoned mung bean sprouts. These were all very tasty, but not as spicy as you might find in Korea and previously the Chinese Cabbage Kimchi was not fermented as authentic Korean kimchi usually is, but tonight it was served just like it is in every home across Korea. Most Americans find the fermentation had to handle at first, but it is a taste that is acquired with time and after it is mastered, there is nothing so satisfying as that little bite back that you get from just the right amount of fermentation. That lunch box meal also had steamed "sticky" rice and two pieces of Yakimandu, which is a crispy fried stuffed dumpling, that is appealing to everyone on the planet - it seems nobody doesn't like it. The price for the lunch special was $8.99, and I definitely came away full and satisfied. The Sweet & Sour Pork dinner for $13.99 was equally filling, had even more sides, and I was even offered refills on the sides just like in Korea. The friendly service, cozy asian-styled atmosphere, and the tasty cuisine are well worth the trip and neither the lunch special nor the dinner meal should put much of a dent in your pocket. I will be coming back here often!

The food was vegetable-based and light, typical of Korean cuisine. I ordered "Galbi Bibimbap," and the accompanying kimchi was very tasty, and the bibimbap that arrived on the griddle was hot and delicious. The vegetables and rice were eaten together, and after a while, the sweet and spicy sauce was poured over the vegetables to change the flavor. The sauce was a bit sweet for soy sauce and seemed to go well with the aroma of sesame oil. I think this is probably the best Korean food in the neighborhood. I will probably come back again.

Absolutely good food. We visited Destin for 4 days but had to come back here twice. They closed from 3-4pm and we needed to catch out flight at 5:30pm, they allowed us to preorder and the moment we walked into the store at 4pm, the food was immediately delivered to our table. Really good customer service, the galbi bibimbap is a bomb and the galba tang soup is really good. 100% recommend. Best Korean restaurant in town!

We ate here recently. The staff was very friendly, but the restaurant wasn’t very busy for lunch. We all ate sushi. The sushi menu didn’t have any descriptions and I ended up not enjoying what I ordered. I don’t like asking the server a million questions and taking up too much time when ordering, but it may come down to that to make sure I enjoy everything next time. The lunch prices were really good, so I’ll try it again sooner than later. I have friends who eat here frequently and enjoy it very much.

Update. We went again today and I looked at the menu better and they do have sushi descriptions that I didn’t see before. I had the volcano roll and it was sent out literally on fire. It was the best volcano roll I’ve ever had and I’ve tried a ridiculous amount. It was smothered in (Not just drizzled or topped with) some sauce and crab meat... I’ve never had a roll smothered like that and it...
